I love my new car! This is the second vehicle I have leased with Curry Honda. Will made the process easy as he was very knowledgeable about the car and the financing. I will go back to Will when its time for a new Honda and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

i have never felt compelled to write a review , however my experience at Herb Chambers was outstanding. From the moment I called the dealership for information I was treated kindly. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by Patrick Sisk. He was very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable. He was respectful. Unlike other dealerships there was no back and forth games. I wasn't left sitting for hours. This dealership puts your needs first. They recognize that they don't need to sell you the vehicle. Their job is to make a vehicle fit to your needs so everyone wins.
Patrick is exceptional at his job. His kindness is quickly noticed . He kept me updated and did anything to expedite the process. Other dealerships I have not experienced this at all

Commonwealth Honda by far has been the best dealership I have been too. I must add I always give credit when its due , as it should always be that way. That be said, Brian Philo is the greatest. He couldn't be anymore helpful, motivated, and dedicated to his customers. He helped me get into my vehicle that I wanted as he tried his best and made it happened. He has made my experiences by far the best (yes its going to be the second car I've been involved with) and that's all thanks to Brian. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a car, so that I would purchase the vehicle that best suited my needs. Rancier helped us purchase a 2015 Odyssey. He was direct, respectful, professional and answered all of our questions very well. After we decided to buy the car he closed the deal for us and set us up for picking up the car in a way that was very efficient and was best for our schedule. Rancier can be trusted and will work hard and pay attention to details.
Brian helped close our sale efficiently and explained warranty options very clearly and left the decision to us. We never felt rushed or pressured but still were able to move quickly once we decided.

We were greeted by Carl Pasquarosa, which was a great honor. He introduced us to Josh Fink, Selection Specialist. Josh has a super pleasant manner and a wealth of information regarding all aspects of the vehicle. In our experience, more and more sales personnel of all types no longer are well-versed in their product. My husband always does his own research on vehicles and was surprised to find that Josh could answer the questions he put forward. Josh was quick to respond to our phone calls and emails if we had a question or needed some type of assistance even when it wasn't directly his area. Josh also made himself available to assist after the sale was made. As many of you know, once a sale has been made, the typical salesperson's helpful manner disappears. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH JOSH FINK. He made me feel as though I was still a priority after the sale. I know that I could call upon him for assistance at any time.
The price was excellent, the service was excellent and our Lunar Silver Honda Pilot is super fantastic!!

This is the first time I've bought a Honda and chose the CR-V EX-L. Our salesman was Rick Galvin and we went back and forth deciding on this or the Toyota RAV4. We also dealt with another Honda dealer and Rick was able to match the other dealer and location was more convenient for us. They were able to find a specific color that we wanted and we only had to wait a few days. Rick was thorough in explaining all the perks of the vehicle when we test drove it and again when the car was delivered. So far I am very happy with it. I hope the service area is as good as the sales department

We dealt with Ruben Calderon on our first visit back in 2013.
After test driving other SUV's in other dealerships we settled on the CRV and Ruben was by far the most easy going, likeable salesperson we dealt with. He was very patient and worked with us to get us a deal we were happy with. We would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Honda vehicle.
We went back to see him recently as we were trading our CRV for the bigger Oddessy and he was just as friendly and helpful taking my wife and i on separate test drives as we had our two young girls with us. Unfortunately as they have stopped making the 2016 and they were't able to locate the exact color and trim with the rear entertainment system that we wanted, so we had to look around a lot of other places to locate it. We will definitely be taking our new car there to be serviced as we did our CRV and if anyone we know wants to buy a Honda we will tell them to go see Ruben.
The lady on the next desk who works with Rubin, i think her name was Rebecca was also wonderful keeping our daughters entertained wile we were there. Can't say enough.

My Honda CRV started making a strange noise. I was visiting Boston area and on unfamiliar roads. AAA referred me to Prime Honda. Everyone was extraordinarily courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially Jeff Bertoni, Service Consultant. I brought car in on a Friday just before closing time, and offered a shuttle to my hotel (although I already had a ride). Car was inspected early Saturday morning and repaired by !:00pm. I was called promptly with estimate and again when repair was complete. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful. Brake paddings were replaced among other repairs and noise is gone.

Promises Broken- Lost Sale - runninblazz69
I am writing this in Disappointment of how the possible Car sale ended. I did not feel I was being overly demanding on the requests that I had ask--- 1 - Did not want any Stickers on the vehicle and I wanted to know the build date of vehicle- ( is it a early 16 or late 16). And wanting to get it a certain date isn't out of the normal either and few other requests.. However I found out the true colors and REAL reason that Larry Bass GM had to backed out of sale- - And tried to place the blame on myself -THE CUSTOMER., There wasn't a deal in place like you said there was and reason why you wanted me to come in was to tell me that --was to ask for more money. After I left your Dealership, I went to Curry Honda in Chicopee and they accepted me with open arms-- and when I mentioned my request they had no issues in meeting them. And when spoke to the Finance / Business Manager even before we worked out the details -- SHOWED me what you had promised didn't exist and wasn't going to happen-- Hence you ending the sale- Because he told me any place you had a deal with that place had to offer them same deal with them . They are Curry Honda worked extremely HARD to get to where I needed to be - AND DID.and hatt was HUGE. In ending I just have to say this I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Balise Dealerships again- After in the past I PURCHASED 6 other vehicles from different Balise dealerships. And I even told my Aunt who purchase 2 vehicles from Balise Honda not to go thru and buy another vehicle if she was to in the future from you base on how I was treated and let down.

I just purchased a used car from Weymouth Honda and the service there was excellent. I purchased my car from Galen and had such a wonderful experience. He was not like other car salesmen that I've dealt with in the past-- he really let me take my time looking over the inventory, pointed me towards 3 vehicles that he though met my criteria but was not pushy at all. When I made a decision, he took care of everything and the whole process could not have been easier! I will definitely be bringing my business back to Weymouth Honda in the future.
