Once I started talking to Kurt, I knew I was in good hands. He was very pleasant doing business with. He answered every question I asked or went to find out the correct answer if he didn't know. Days later before the final signing of car, he was still doing his job to find out any questions I asked him. He is a dealer that everyone wishes they dealt with.
Refreshing Experience! - lizardking
At 69 I have had many dealer interactions. This is one of the best. Our salesman Rich Ethier was not looking to push a vehicle on us rather sell us the vehicle that met our needs. His knowledge of the Honda line of vehicles was impressive. He knew the product that he was selling. He was very personable without being invasive. An honest open person that personalizes the purchase. Price was negotiable and within fair market value. I can only hope the service staff will fulfill my needs as well as the sales staff. Thanks again Rich and supporting sales staff for an excellent sales experience.
Oil Leak - The Crowley Family
I brought my car in because oil was burning somewhere on the car. They fixed the issue and while I was there they replaced my break pads which were very low. I was expecting to pay a fortune for all of this but shockingly it was a lot less than what I budgeted. The waiting area was perfect for me to get work done. Overall a great experience and as always John Silva made sure I was taken care of.

At first I wasn't sure if I wanted get into leasing a car or not but once I met Adolfo Burgos i change my mind right there and then, he's a great sales person friendly down to earth. I notice he wasn't going to sell me something it wasn't right for me. Once I decided I was going to lease a car that's where I met Brian Philo awesome guy to work with really friendly and out going love that positive attitude he has and the way he just explained things was great, right there and then I new I could trust them both and I'm very happy that I met them both. I always recommend them with my friends, now I have two cars that thanks to them I was able to get.
It's a really pleasure to meet them both.
Great salesperson, misleading website - Marilyn
First, I want to say the salesperson I dealt with was great and tried to be helpful. His name was John Mitchell and I was ready to buy a car the day I went in. I went into this dealership on Saturday, 3/25/17 with a list of specific cars that were on the website. Out of seven cars I had as possibilities, only drove one on my list. One was at a body shop and the other one that I really wanted to see couldn't be located. I test drove a car the same year and really liked the car so I asked John if I came back in on Sunday, 3/26, if the car would be available. He said it would be. I also asked him first if the car had been sold and he checked and it wasn't.
I went in on Sunday and the car was still not located. So, I picked out a couple of other cars to look at that were also on the website and he looked and said he would let me test drive. Come to find out, both of these cars were also sold but still listed as available. I found a car that I wanted to purchase which is the one I test drove the day before because the one I really was interested in could not be located. In the end, I left without buying not for lack of trying on John's part and my part but because the car had higher mileage and had been in an accident and I felt the price should be lower. I understand they don't negotiate but I drove all the way back there the next day to see a specific car and found a total of 3 other possibilities, 2 already sold and 1 that I didn't like when I test drove the car. The car I was going to purchase did not work out.
I would still like to buy a car from John but I don't have time to go back and forth repeatedly with misleading internet information so in summation, I believe this dealership should monitor their website and take cars off as soon as they are sold so people don't waste time going there with something in mind and it is already sold.
I gave the dealership 4 stars because John did try to be accommodating.
Service for 2016 Mini Cooper trade in, purchased at Honda - Marci's Service
I purchased a preowned Mini Cooper that came in on a trade. Although I do have bumper to bumper warrantee coverage, the only Mini Dealership in the area gave me a hard time about bringing my car in because I didn't buy it there. When I spoke to my salesman at Kelly Honda about the problem I had dealing with the Mini service department, he suggested I bring it in to have it checked out at Honda before having to deal with Mini again, which I greatly appreciated. The assumption was that I need an alignment, which the service department planned to take care of for me but unfortunately due to the special resources & tools needed to do an alignment and/or other basic diagnostics on a Mini, they were unable to do any work. However they went above & beyond to do everything in their power to help me out and I'm very greatful for their effort.

We were satisfied with the service we received during the looking and paper work process. It was a fairly easy sale, as we knew what we wanted and the exact car that we were interested in was on the lot. We also did not need financing, as we paid by check.
The problem started the day we picked up our car. The salesperson was 30 minutes late meeting us. The plates were not on the car yet. We waited in the car while he put the plates on. He seemed to be in hurry as he showed us how some of the technology in the car worked. And then all of a sudden, he said that he spent enough time going over it with us, looked at his watch, and said that we had 10 minutes to go to the service department for our sticker. We had not realized that he had not taken care of that already. We had not even looked at the dashboard, we just assumed it was done. When we purchased our last new vehicle, five years ago, the plates were on the car and the inspection sticker was already taken care of.
Peter then quickly shook our hands, and left. When we arrived at the service building, the technician told us that it was too late to get a sticker, After we explained everything, he was kind enough to do it so that we did not have to come back.. I regret not writing down his name. He was very accommodating.
We went to Hyannis Honda on the recommendation of several of our friends. They have always been happy with the service they received purchasing their cars and having them serviced.
We are expecting to enjoy the same experience.

I just had a heater core problem repaired at The Honda Store in Lanchaster and want to commend the people involved at Honda for there wonderful service and their "above and beyond" attitude. Apparently there was a known issue with this model's heater core but it was not at the recall level that would warrant a free repair. I had the option of paying for a flushing of the core or being content with some uneven heating in my SUV. Not tragic but manageable. After I discussed with my service rep Seth my concerns about the repair cost before leaving the dealership, Seth must have followed up my concerns with Jamie the Service Manager as soon as I left. Within minutes of arriving home, I received a telephone call from Seth telling me that his dealership will complete the repair with just a nominal cost to me. So, they absorbed almost the entire cost themselves.
This is my 4th year of interactions with the Honda Store since I bought the vehicle and I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Everyone has consistently been courteous, willing to listen and extremely helpful. All repair work has been done correctly the first time and there is never been a "surprise" cost along the way. The service folks all seem to be very knowledgeable and represent the dealership to the highest degree possible. My thanks to Seth and Jamie for making this situation a win/win for all. Again, above and beyond expectations.

The overall experience with Cambridge Honda was first class. Rebecca Rideout was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. During the process of purchasing the CRV, we requested a change in the color of the CRV. Rebecca worked with us to find the color we requested and was still able to deliver the CRV with all options added within 2 days after we requested the change. The CRV at the time of delivery was in excellent condition. Rebecca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on transferring the registration, explaining the operation and features of the new CRV. She also followed up after delivery to answer any questions we had on the CRV.

Service took place at the scheduled time, relatively quick and at the agreed upon price. Nice waiting area with refreshments and internet access. While waiting, I was able to check out some new Honda models without being pressured to buy. Car was vacumed and washed when it was returned.

CRV service on a Saturday - Estelle Kl, Pennsylvania
My Honda CRV started making a strange noise. I was visiting Boston area and on unfamiliar roads. AAA referred me to Prime Honda. Everyone was extraordinarily courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially Jeff Bertoni, Service Consultant. I brought car in on a Friday just before closing time, and offered a shuttle to my hotel (although I already had a ride). Car was inspected early Saturday morning and repaired by !:00pm. I was called promptly with estimate and again when repair was complete. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful. Brake paddings were replaced among other repairs and noise is gone.

Went to the Ready Credit dealership on East Columbus Ave on an intensive search for the right SUV. Knowing that I did not have the best credit I figured that getting a car here was impossible. I received mentoring by Manny who was EXTREMELY helpful. Long story short... I was approved for the SUV that I really wanted and all thanks to Manny and his guidance.... Pass by and ask for Manny, you wont regret it!
Worst experience of my life. Stole my money - Alexmkoval
This was the worst car experience of my life and I will never buy another car from this dealership again. My sales guy told me he will drop the price of the car too meet a certain monthly payment plan I can afford while having warranty and everything included. Once I got home and checked the paperwork, I noticed the car value wasn't dropped but instead my warranty was. So I went back to complain about the price of the car remaining the same and how I lost warranty and they would help me out or work with me. I bought an 18500 car and they wouldn't drop a single penny for me. EVEN THOUGH the sales guy lied and said he would. They will lie to your face just to get a bigger commission check. I do not recommended coming here unless you want to get screwed for your money and have the worst expense of your life.

This is a used car dealership. So they sell new and used Hondas and also other makes and models. If you see a beautiful car with a great deal but if it's not one of their makes don't purchase it because they will not know how to service it even though they will offer you every other oil change for free. Even the simplest things throw them off. It's just an annoying experience.
Made an appointment for an oil change and waited 2 hrs then checked with the representative bc of the wait time. His response was we forgot to order parts for your oil change bc we don't carry that here. Needless to say, they rushed the service and I've been leaking oil since.
