He was extemely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy--all important traits to us. He was a good negotiator, as we both left feeling like we got a good deal (fair price). When I called to take delivery he took the time to show me everything new on the car. We loved the popcorn offered at the dealership, as it takes the edge off when you are there for a long time.
