Curry is an excellent dealership and I've bought two cars with them and everyone was extremely nice and professional from sales to management to service. My salesman was Christian Vincelette and he was awesome. He knew all about the cool new features I now have with my CRV and was able to explain and even set up the options. We felt no pressure at all, they were reasonable with monthly payment amounts and trade, didn't pressure me into buying anything extra and got us in and out quickly. Very enjoyable experience as usual.

Great experience shopping for a Honda Accord Sport - matthewbenevides
I started looking for a certified pre-owned Honda Accord Sport at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. My salesmen was Chris Banks. He helped me to determine which Accord I would like to drive the most. We found that the sport edition would suit me well. I asked to test drive a few different Honda Accord Sport between 2013 and 2014. He was really pleasant, gave his honest opinion, didn't seem bothered by me test driving five different cars and he even taught me how to use the paddle shifters. The process was easy and painless at Herb Chambers Honda. They don't try to force you into unnecessary extended warranties. The only downside is that they don't negotiate the price so it's hard to get the best deal you want on a particular car. Overall, the customer service was incredible and they really helped me to find the car I wanted. They had several used cars to choose from and they do their best to make the car look and feel new. I plan on doing business with them in the near future whether buying another car or get my car serviced at their dealership.

Not a mega dealership, Hyannis Honda succeeds at being a straight forward honest dealership with open pricing discussions and a team that can commit to a fast trade, buy, finance, delivery cycle.
Only drawback is current limited new car inventory, but not a deal breaker, more a reflection of strong sales volume for their size..
This was our second new Honda purchase and we plan on continuing to use Hyannis Honda for both sales and service in the future.

Great Experience! I pulled onto the lot and Edgar came out to great me. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to decide which car I wanted, a CRV or an Accord. I drove the CRV and was in love with it. Having had an Accord before, I opted not to drive it (although they are a great car) I was in love with the CRV. Edgar walked me through the great options that it had. I left without buying but came back the next day with my husband to by the CRV the next day. Edgar was busy selling a car to another customer so I met Jeff Duenas, another great salesman. He was very friendly, and helpful, further explained some of the options that I had questions on. We bought the CRV that day and picked it up the next day. I went back several days later for my registration and inspection sticker, Jeff greated me at the door, and remembered by name! He took care of me again, showed me where the service dept was and brought my car back out washed with an inspection sticker on it. Cant ask for anything better than a clean car a GREAT salesman and customer service!!

I have purchased or leased my 2 previous vehicles (CRV and Accord) from Honda Gallery and decided it was the first place I would go to search for a new lease vehicle. I was so pleased with how I was treated by Herve that I just stayed and leased by brand new 2016 with him. Looking for a new car is often a difficult experience because of the high pressure tactics of lots of salespeople. This definitely wasn't that way with Herve. His easy, explanatory style made this a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking for a new car.

While it helps that they have a great product, my purchase was an excellent 2014 Honda Accord Sedan with which I am very satisfied, the entire staff including Amin Abad, the representative who worked with me, were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood all my options without (and this is important to me) being super high pressure about it. I'm really looking forward to driving my "new" car a lot (even in Boston traffic).

We own two Hondas and Ric is our Service advisor for both vehicles. Making the appointment is always a snap. Reception at time of our visit is always friendly, prompt and met with smiles and greetings from everyone making it a pleasure to be there. A few times I've waited while the cars being serviced. Their waiting area is clean/functional environment, with free WiFi and continental breakfast of sorts. Time seems to just fly by while waiting for your car. If they discover something on your car requiring attention, Rick takes time to fully and patiently explain details in a very professional manner. And since I work in the automotive business myself in Rhode Island, I know a great shop and team work when I see it. Worst customer service experience ever... and it wasn't even my car! My sister had a valve adjustment performed on her 2008 Honda CRV a few weeks ago. She noticed a smell of burning oil and asked me to check under the hood for her. I opened the hood and immediately noticed that there was an oil leak coming from one of the valve cover stud(s) / bolts holding the valve cover on. Upon further inspection... one of the studs wasn't even finger tight! How do you perform a valve adjustment and then fail to properly tighten the fasteners holding the valve cover onto the engine?!?! I tried to tighten it by hand and the stud just snapped clean off from the engine. CLEARLY someone zipped the fastener onto the stud with an air gun and noticed they screwed up... so then they backed it off and it got loose and started leaking oil. She tried calling the service department to talk to someone about the shoddy work and was transferred all the place for 20 minutes until someone said that the service department was too busy to take her call and someone would call her back. A few hours later, someone finally got back to her and advised us to have the car towed up to them... that it was not safe to drive without the valve cover properly tightened onto the engine. The car was towed up to them on Saturday... sat there all Sunday (service is closed on Sunday).
She didn't get a call back until Monday afternoon from a service adviser stating that there was nothing wrong with the car and everything was fine. She then had them call me (I'm the family car guy) to try and make sense of this utter nonsense that her car was "fine" with a snapped valve cover stud. I spoke with a service adviser later the same afternoon and stated that they CLEARLY were the ones who had last performed service on the vehicle and had broken it and were responsible for their work. The adviser said he would call me back sometime today. I just received a call from the same adviser that he spoke to the service manager and that they would NOT be covering the repair to the shoddy work they had performed NOR would they be issuing my sister a refund for the price of the valve adjustment, which they botched.
In the meantime, my sister has filed and dealer complaint with American Honda corporate to try and get something accomplished with the severely incompetent people who run and operate Lia Honda Northampton. This is no way to treat customers, let alone human beings. Hopefully American Honda corporate can help us out in dealing with Lia Honda Northampton and if not, we'll be swiftly filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report them for their horribly awful business practices.
We're all human and mistakes happen... but when you won't own up to your mistakes, won't stand behind your work and stick it to the customer to pick up the repair bill for your screw-ups... something is severely wrong... and you won't be in business for long if you keep treating your customers with such blatant absurdity and horrendous customer service.

I scheduled a maintneance appointment at the service center for 10am, a time that they stated was available the afternoon before my appointment. I arrived the next morning 5 minutes early and found that both service bays were full. When I checked in with the service staff member, he stated that they were busy with walk in customers, and would be delayed in getting to my vehicle. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is not honored? This was my first time visiting this location, and will be my last.

Just want to put out there what happened to me on Saturday July 16th after receiving a letter from Larry Bass the general manager at Balise Honda. This is the exact wording in on paragraph of letter.
"On Saturday, You may receive an additional $7,382 more than the estimated Trade in value for your CRV".
They offered two thousand dollars less than KBB and the vehicle is in great shape with only 17,000 Miles.
Next paragraph! Wife name, because we need your vehicle IMMEDIATELY, I'm writing to offer you the new Honda of your choice at our discount - Which is substantially lower than the retail selling price.
The offer on the new vehicle was full sticker price!
So I'm spreading the word as much as I can about this because I think everyone's time is valuable and this was a complete waste of time. I will never buy a car there and we will now have our oil changes and general maintenance done elsewhere. I'm just putting this out there so you can judge on your own if is the type of place you want to do business with.
