Courteous service - Gerald Chretien
I recently went in for a Honda recall. Kyle Boydston took care of me. He was courteous, let me know what they were going to do and how long it should take. He came back to let me know a few other things about my car to make me aware. Great job with a smile.
2014 Civic Si - lmtopaz
I must say, this is the best dealership I have ever done business with. From start to finish, Mike Carelli did everything he could to get me the best price for my trade-in and into the car of my dreams. There were only a few Civic Si's in the area and the best one out of all the Si's I looked at was from Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! They really know how to treat their customers!!
Excellent Experience - TomC
I was familiar and happy with Boch Honda West servicing my old Honda, so they were a natural choice when I needed a new car. The process was quick and easy. They were very helpful, friendly and extremely courteous. My salesman, Zach, was great to deal with.
Salesmen Homero Lima was Great !!! - David Stringfellow
Best service I've every had, n I've been around. Would recommend Homero to all my friends...Buying a car can be stressful, not at Herb Chamber .....Thanks
All Good! - bert
Over the years Hyannis Honda has always managed to exceed my expectations. My recent visit was no exception: from the minute I entered the door where I was greeted and made to feel welcome, to the time I drove away in yet another great Honda vehicle! Besides the cars themselves being the most reliable and problem-free in my experience, the staff all seem to work together as a unit, making the entire process as smooth as possible. This was the most enjoyable encounter for me so far: meeting with Tara Braddock and Mark Perry in finance, Connie Whalen in sales, and Hassan Ghadban who remains a steady and reassuring presence. Cody Coers, my sales rep, was the star on the tree: an exceptionally bright, calm-mannered and knowledgeable young man, readily answering any and all of my questions. T'was an all-around fun and worthwhile trip!
Brian takes great care of first time buyers - TJ713
Once I was able to work with Brian he worked with banks to find the best deal that worked in my budget. As a first time buyer, Brian took the time to help me figure out the right budget and whether to lease or buy. Once I decided to buy certified preowned he explained how everything worked and gave tips on how to build my credit. I am very happy with the deal I got from Commonwealth and the care Brian took in getting me the best deal for my situation. Jonuel the salesman was very helpful and took the time to explain the warranty, how everything in the car worked and helped me set everything up when I picked up the car.
Manny Zabatta is the Best - MA
Manny was totally amazing. We initially contacted Manny by email and he did get back to us immediately. We were coming up from FL and wanted to purchase a Honda He took care of all the paper work since we were registering the car in FL
When our car arrived he explained everything and answered all my questions
I went back a month later with a question and he was there for me which I thought was very nice
Manny was very professional and extremely helpful
I did like the friendliness of the dealership everyone was very pleasant
I have been enjoying my Honda and would recommend Manny Zabatta
This is the first dealer to see and only place to purchase. - # 1 HR-V

The easiest, most informative and comfortable car purchase. - Driscoll2
Today we selected a 2016 Honda Fit from Honda North. David Moran, who is the son of dear friends, was our "go to" guy. He explained to us what Honda could to for us in pleasant, factual terms. Took us through the leasing process and provided convenient and reasonable terms for the length of the lease. Thank you David. You're the best!

Buying new car - carguy
You made it a pleasant experience to deal with buying a new car. No pressure. The salesperson, Angel was a good guy and made it easy for my wife and I.
Great leasing experience with Herve - jm01845
I have purchased or leased my 2 previous vehicles (CRV and Accord) from Honda Gallery and decided it was the first place I would go to search for a new lease vehicle. I was so pleased with how I was treated by Herve that I just stayed and leased by brand new 2016 with him. Looking for a new car is often a difficult experience because of the high pressure tactics of lots of salespeople. This definitely wasn't that way with Herve. His easy, explanatory style made this a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking for a new car.
Amazing Experience - Jennifer Killeen
Brian Nazzaro was my amazing salesman. But i feel as if the whole dealership gave me an incredible experience. I did not even go there planning to lease or finance but these salesman are not only great at their jobs but they are honest, real people who know how to change your life over night.
Exceptional sale and Post-Sale support - daveB
I purchased a new Honda 2016 crv. Sean provided exceptional support not only during the sale but also after the sale. Many times after the sale you are handed off to another department such as service. Sean provided exceptional support after the sale to assure that everything that I had ordered was done on a timely basis.
From the beginning of the sale to after the sale, I had a very positive experience with Sean.
professional - Saeed
The employee was very professional, friendly and patient. We got a very good deal and very happy with our car. I highly recommend Bernardi dealer.
Boch Honda attempts to force Dealer Financing - Peter
I recently purchased a car at Boch Honda, the second car I bought there in 4 months - it will be the last time I buy a car there. I intended to buy without dealer financing. The sales bosses flat out lied and did everything the could to get me to finance through the dealer, including stating that they could not take a substantial deposit and hold the car for 2 days as the funds were procured externally. Of course they could take a deposit and hold the car, but they refused to, instead pushing for dealer financing and refusing to finalize the deal unless I financed through them. Part of this ploy was the transparent BS that if I delayed signing the deal, the car would not be available by the time the external money was available. Review of their website one week later demonstrated that ALL of the similar vehicles that were available the day I went are still there. Another flat out lie...
You have to do your homework before talking to them as they will feed you the line that they can't move from MSRP because the cars are flying off the lot and will not be there after the weekend. It took all day to work through the nonsense with them when it should have been a 2 hour encounter. I should have just left and gone to Silko Honda, a dealer 15 miles away that will give you the "Real Price" with the first inquiry. If you want to waste you time and be treated like an idiot, by all means, visit Boch Honda. I will take my business elsewhere
Wonderful experience! - 496000
When I arrived at honda of plymouth I felt anxious about buying a vehicle. Geoffrey was great! He respected my budget and did not try to up sell or pressure me. He made the entire experience so easy and seamless. I am very happy with my vehicle and would absolutely recommend Geoff Giampapa and Honda of plymouth to a anyone.
Always great and friendly customer service - Ackablue
We dealt with Ruben Calderon on our first visit back in 2013.
After test driving other SUV's in other dealerships we settled on the CRV and Ruben was by far the most easy going, likeable salesperson we dealt with. He was very patient and worked with us to get us a deal we were happy with. We would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Honda vehicle.
We went back to see him recently as we were trading our CRV for the bigger Oddessy and he was just as friendly and helpful taking my wife and i on separate test drives as we had our two young girls with us. Unfortunately as they have stopped making the 2016 and they were't able to locate the exact color and trim with the rear entertainment system that we wanted, so we had to look around a lot of other places to locate it. We will definitely be taking our new car there to be serviced as we did our CRV and if anyone we know wants to buy a Honda we will tell them to go see Ruben.
The lady on the next desk who works with Rubin, i think her name was Rebecca was also wonderful keeping our daughters entertained wile we were there. Can't say enough.
Great service, easy car buying experience - Anna Bisbe
I leased a car from Saurav Sherchan this past weekend. He was personable and understood what I wanted without pushing anything extra on me. I received a great deal and would recommend asking for him if you intend to get a new Honda!!
The finance manager, Marco Entraigues, was also fantastic. He was personable and did his best to ensure the deal I got was the best possible.
I have also been to this dealership in the past and feel that Saurav and Marco exemplify the attitude of most people who work here. It's hard to find a place where you feel like everyone is on your side and they certainly were in the past and in my leasing experience.
Joe Zekus is a great salesman - Joe Honda
Joe is such a great person he when out of his way to work in our budget and fine us the perfect car. He even delivered it to my house for me so I didn't have to go back to the dealership 2 times. He is now my car guy.
Excellent selection--knowledgeable staff - jrienzie
Tony Santos was very helpful but not pushy in helping me select my new CR-V. His relaxed and professional manner was impressive. He knew all about the vehicle and worked hard to get me a fair deal. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership in Brockton was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bernardi Brockton.
Best new car purchase ever. - Jeff
After deciding to get a new Accord, I shopped around and found Lundgren Honda in Greenfield to be by far the most professional, straight forward, best deal, and easiest to do business with. From the initial contact all the way through to the delivery, it was the best experience I ever had. Rick, Marty, and Connie made it an enjoyable transaction. Definitely worth driving the extra distance.
Best service ever - Jandj012
All my needs where taken of, options where presented and I got help making my final pick. The service was curtious and reliable and always up to par.
Positive experience - Monica
I bought a Honda CRV today and had a positive experience. This purchase was through Cosco Internet and the pricing, when I arrived at the dealership, was the same as what was on the purchase order. that I received by email ahead of time. I worked with James (Jimmy), Bouras . He was thorough and very clear in the explanation of the car features and benefits . He was also helpful and knowledgeable about the financing.
I certainly don't trust Prime Honda! - Lucy's mom
We put down a deposit on a new Ridgeline at another Honda dealer close to our hometown. They knew what we wanted and said they'd try to locate it. They called us back yesterday to confirm that they'd found the truck at Prime Honda in Roxbury (I had also seen Prime's inventory and saw the truck listed) and it would be at their dealership this morning. We were to go in this afternoon to sign and seal the deal. Just before we were to meet at our dealership, they called to say that the other dealer (Prime) had sold OUR TRUCK)! Are you serious?? That's not a very good way to do business. Thanks Prime. You sure made a name for yourself and made another dealer look pretty bad.
Worst customer service experience ever... AVOID AT ALL COST! - thebobbinator
Too bad there isn't an option to select "zero" stars... that's what their service department and general customer service skills would get.
Worst customer service experience ever... and it wasn't even my car! My sister had a valve adjustment performed on her 2008 Honda CRV a few weeks ago. She noticed a smell of burning oil and asked me to check under the hood for her. I opened the hood and immediately noticed that there was an oil leak coming from one of the valve cover stud(s) / bolts holding the valve cover on. Upon further inspection... one of the studs wasn't even finger tight! How do you perform a valve adjustment and then fail to properly tighten the fasteners holding the valve cover onto the engine?!?! I tried to tighten it by hand and the stud just snapped clean off from the engine. CLEARLY someone zipped the fastener onto the stud with an air gun and noticed they screwed up... so then they backed it off and it got loose and started leaking oil. She tried calling the service department to talk to someone about the shoddy work and was transferred all the place for 20 minutes until someone said that the service department was too busy to take her call and someone would call her back. A few hours later, someone finally got back to her and advised us to have the car towed up to them... that it was not safe to drive without the valve cover properly tightened onto the engine. The car was towed up to them on Saturday... sat there all Sunday (service is closed on Sunday).
She didn't get a call back until Monday afternoon from a service adviser stating that there was nothing wrong with the car and everything was fine. She then had them call me (I'm the family car guy) to try and make sense of this utter nonsense that her car was "fine" with a snapped valve cover stud. I spoke with a service adviser later the same afternoon and stated that they CLEARLY were the ones who had last performed service on the vehicle and had broken it and were responsible for their work. The adviser said he would call me back sometime today. I just received a call from the same adviser that he spoke to the service manager and that they would NOT be covering the repair to the shoddy work they had performed NOR would they be issuing my sister a refund for the price of the valve adjustment, which they botched.
In the meantime, my sister has filed and dealer complaint with American Honda corporate to try and get something accomplished with the severely incompetent people who run and operate Lia Honda Northampton. This is no way to treat customers, let alone human beings. Hopefully American Honda corporate can help us out in dealing with Lia Honda Northampton and if not, we'll be swiftly filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report them for their horribly awful business practices.
We're all human and mistakes happen... but when you won't own up to your mistakes, won't stand behind your work and stick it to the customer to pick up the repair bill for your screw-ups... something is severely wrong... and you won't be in business for long if you keep treating your customers with such blatant absurdity and horrendous customer service.
