Luis Gonzalez was very informative and did an excellent job on my Honda van. Everyone at the dealership is so nice and friendly when you enter the building, which makes you feel comfortable. Luis Gonzalez made sure when we picked up our van it was driving so much better. I love going to this dealership and will continue to get my van fixed at Curry Honda!!!

Our sales consultant, Rancier Matos, truly excelled at facilitating the buying process, patiently explaining even technical aspects in clear, understandable terms! The customers are even offered snacks and refreshments while awaiting completion of paperwork and vehicle preparation. We were impressed by sales manager Adriel Calo who personally greeted us the first time we came into the dealership and instilled a sense that he really cared and that our entire experience would be a positive one!

I want to sincerely say thank you to Mr Rene Dansereau the service manager who replace my 2 hub caps on my Honda Accord while I was waiting last Friday. Mr Dansereau was very helpful, professional, courteous and very customer oriented.
Mr Dansereau is an asset to the Honda Hyannis dealership and he should be commended for his dedication to take care of the customers.
I would recommend the Hyannis service department to anyone and especially under the leadership of Mr Dansereau.
I also would like to mention the young man at the part department who gave me my 2 hub caps ( I apologize I do not remember his name) he also was very helpful, efficient and polite.

I am pleased with the customer service I received from Commonwealth Honda. When I arrived to this dealership I was so unhappy because I went to Rockingham Honda in NH, I was treated really bad there. I was told they really couldn't do anything for me but just get me in a Honda accord LX and the payments where going to be $500.00 a month I couldn't afford that. so I came to Commonwealth Honda and spoke to Brian Philo, I explained to him my situation and he was able to work something out for me. I am walking out satisfied and with the car I wanted a Honda Accord sport 2015 with a comfortable payment.

I had been looking to go back to a Honda for months. I have purchased 10 vehicles in the past 15 years, and have owned 5 Hondas previously. I saw the car I wanted on Carsguru.com. In fact, I saw many cars in which I was interested in. I even drove a new Honda Accord Coupe a week prior to going to Honda Village in Newton, MA to rule out my wanting a new 2016 car.
I went to Honda Village on Sunday, it was a 1.15 minute drive from NH where I reside. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist who told me Joshua Fink would be my sales strategist. His sincere hand shake and genuine smile told me this would be a great buying experience. I held in my back pocket the fact that I was a seasoned car buyer who, in one of her past lives (over 20 years ago!), sold cars for a very prominent car dealership in Maine. In other words, I knew the game.
As we were walking toward the vehicle, Josh had already asked me the essential questions that informed him about my vehicle "wants". Josh was all business and there was no need for anybody to know "the game":) He was professional , kind, a true gentleman in fact, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and a great listener without prying into one's life. I was trading a not-so-desirable vehicle (not a Honda) with very high milage. At no point, my sales strategist nor the sales manager, Dave, made me feel that my car was inadequate for trading. The transaction went very smoothly. These gentlemen have a great sense of humor too! Once we shook hands on the deal, I told Josh that "I needed to come clean" and explained that I had some knowledge of the car business. He actually welcomed the news and we started exchanging car "stories". While waiting for the transaction and financing to go through, Josh and I had a great conversation about balancing family life and work. This man is a family man with great values! Those values come through in his work as well. It was like talking to a newly found close friend! Josh is for real! When I sat down with the finance manager, it was as smooth and pleasant as with Josh. I was explained what my options were and never felt pressured to "sign on the dotted line". Before I knew it, I was on my way home (with much easier directions provided by Josh!), jumping with joy at the thought that I was IN my new dream car... I would have welcomed my ride home to be 3 hours!
I will return to Honda Village and will send friends and family to Joshua Fink knowing that he will take good care of them. I recommend this dealership and sales team! Thank you for helping me get my dream car!

I had an 8:00AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours to perform that service. That is totally unacceptable.

The A/C in my 2009 Accord stopped working. Just blew warm air. Called the service department and was told it would cost $250 just to diagnose the problem, and "up to $1,000 to fix it. The guy gave me a song and dance about having to push dye through the system looking for leaks and other nonsense. I am female and I think he figured he could take advantage of me. I went to a guy I have used many times before where I used to live (independent), and he fixed it for $74.
Buying a new car at the end of the year. I won't be buying it from Weymouth Honda.
