Our sales representative, Christian Vincelette, was excellent in all respects. We especially appreciated his very thorough delivery of our automobile, in which he carefully and patiently detailed its operation to us. The people in Service, who afterwards carried out the registration, were also a pleasure to interact with. My single reservation, which did not involve Christian, was the attempt by the financial person to sell us optional insurance of dubious value.

I go to the Burlington location for service for convenience; purchased in Boston because I was looking at a Mini Cooper, Toyota and Honda and could find all three dealers close together for the purpose of looking at different vehicles.

Homero Lima is a wonderful dealer who is attentative, knowledgable, and caring. This is my third time leasing with both him and Herb Chambers of Seekonk and this is because of Homero's professionalism. He goes above and beyond to makes sure not only the buyer but everyone in the family is happy during the process. He often went out of his way to get my 4-year-old daughter ballons or snacks and was always attentave to her questions. He never makes you feel pressured or uncomfortable and as a person who struggles with anxiety this is a very import quality. Going to a dealership for the first time can very intimidating. However, it has been such a pleasure leasing from Homero that I have had no apprehensions going back (2 more times). Homero is a wonderful example of what a dealer should be like and provides the kind of experience you should have when making a large purchase or big decision.

The air conditioning system on our 6 yr old Pilot wasn't working well. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired for not a lot of money. Buddy Bernard called us with the estimate and explained what we needed. Our car was ready sooner than was originally promised. We've been customers at Commonwealth Honda for a long time because of the service department.

We had a great experience at the Honda Gallery in Reading! When we arrived, they were actually having a customer appreciation event and everyone was very welcoming and offered us food and drinks even though we weren't yet customers. We got matched with Herve, who helped us expore the model we were interested in and took it for a test drive. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just nice, honest, discussions. We came back a few days later to quickly take another look so could make a decision between the Pilot and another manufacturer that we were interested in. Ultimately, we decided to go with the Pilot and came back in to finalize the deal. Even with two small children there with us, Herve and the other team members were great, and respectful of our time. They explained everything to our satisfaction, were up front about all fees and charges, and made the process painless. We are so excited about our new car and can't wait to start many years of family memories in it.

I brought my vehicle in to Mike Labair. After addressing my concern of a possible transmission leak, he had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired when promised. He did an excellent job and really made the process very smooth. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their Honda serviced.

Beranadi Honda in Natick is probably the best dealership experience that I have ever had and I want to thank Jayson Navarro for the help of making sure the car that I wanted was available as well as Peter McCormick for the help. The only thing that I didn't like about my experience here was when I was filling out the paperwork, one of the management employees were trying to make me buy a Package and I kept telling him that I didnt want it and that I'm all set. He rudely left the office while I was still in there without saying anything and went to talk with someone about how I didn't want to buy the premium package. He came back inside with a much rude attitude with no care for me at all and finished the paper work leaving uncomfortable about how he treated me. But when I went to pick up the car Jayson was there to Congratulate me to my new car and I felt comfortable about my decision. They need more people like Jayson at Dealerships!

Owning a small business I often enough find myself paying close attention to how other businesses have successfully (or not) developed customer service. Recently my wife and I purchased our 3rd Honda from Lundgren which has given me the chance to see how well their teamwork functioned even when our circumstances threw them some curves.
When our 2nd Honda was totaled a couple of months ago Ryan and Riley Campbell networked with other staff to make sure that the insurance company offer was appropriate. Their offer to help paid off with the settlement amount being raised by another $1,600.00.
Ryan researched some well intended but misleading information that my bank had provided and went on to seamlessly coordinate the retiring of the loan on my totaled vehicle (using GAP insurance I had picked up through Lundgren) with the new loan. All done more quickly than my wife and I had expected, especially since they were in the midst of a hectic Presidents Day sale

My husband and I visited the dealer last Saturday looking for a small crossover (CRV) either new or late model. The car was for me and my husband and I had different ideas of which features were most important. Chris Gaudreau listened well and tried to find a vehicle to match our needs. He spent a lot of time with us.
In the end, we did not purchase a car at Silko. Unlike the rest of the world, I am not fully enamored with the CRV. I ended up with a late model Ford Escape under 25K from another family owned dealer in my own community. I do like to work with that type of dealer and would recommend Silko especially if you live in the immediate area - I do not.

On February 16 I had a dead battery the forecasted weather -6 degrees below in Springfield. I called the customer service number and was received with a courteous and understanding voice. I was able to bring my car in (after recharged by AAA). I have been a customer of Balise for over 20 year and 6 cars (all Hondas - from Miguel) later I am still raving about Balise Honda. A few years ago thing got a little lax but I am happy to say it appears you are back on the ball! - Great Customer Service (with a smile).
I was very impressed by Colleen's greetings, knowledge of the work to be done, time and other details that matters most to me. She has a pleasant personality, politically correct friendly and personable. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet her. I also believe the repair technicians did a wonderful job- Kudos to them!
