Will Fathiahmed has been selling cars to my family for a long time. We travel almost an hour away from our home (passing two other Honda dealers minutes away) just to do business here. I went to Hyannis Honda to view a Honda HRV having read consumer reports and other articles before hand. I am 85 years old and was thinking in terms of a used car. While there I also viewed a new Honda FIT which turned out to be more in line with what I wanted. Jake Roberts was the salesman and his interpersonal communication skills were superb: receiving me, listening to my questions, answering them and explaining in detail, no feeling of being rushed to a decision, helpful in final price negotiations, and follow up after the sale. The financial office at Hyannis Honda made all paperwork free of hassle so basically I wrote one check and picked up the new car. In a nutshell I would summarize the experience by saying it was thorough, pleasant, and geared to my needs and interest.

He was able to show us what we asked for right away, no "let me check", no hard sales pitch - a very pleasant experience again. We bought a car & financed it elsewhere but at no time did we feel like it wasn't moving smoothly along. John delivered the car to our home (we don't live too far from the dealership), with the inspection sticker & full tank of gas. Made the purchase on a Sunday afternoon and had it in the driveway ready to use by Wednesday.

Joshua Fink spent a huge amount of time with me during the car buying process, and was incredibly transparent, kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my 10 month old son with me to a combined 3 different outings at the Honda Village dealership, and Josh went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable. I strolled my baby in the stroller around Josh's desk the entire time we talked, and Josh went out of his way to coordinate my car seat switching, dropping off and picking up of my trade-in, and delivery of my new car. Josh leveled with me, worked with my budget and made it clear he cared about my particular situation/wanted to work with me to get me what I wanted. He didn't leave me waiting unnecessarily at any point, or engage in any negotiation games of any sort. When I picked up the new car, I had my fussy baby on my lap in the drivers seat the entire time I was shown all the new bells and whistles, and never once was I made to feel self-conscious or rushed. Joshua Fink made the entire process pleasant and straightforward, and I love my new car. I can't recommend Josh highly enough!

The only reason why I hate to trade in my car and do an upgrade is, Worst customer experience & tricky auto loan games. I would say that all other dealership should learn from colonial Honda to treat their customers. Stress free and Best Finance options. Excellent inventory. They treat their customers irrationally and equally. No stupid trade in values for the car we drive.
I cannot forget to mention my sale woman Desiree. She is super friendly and super prepared for the work she is doing. When we walked in she had home work done on our odyssey with all new features. It was brand new model in market and she was super prepared.

I purchased my car here 2 years ago. Had issues with the sales rep who sold the car to me. His name was Jim. My car had scratches they never filled and they gave my car to me dirty. They apologized and tried to make that right by redoing the cleaning and filling my gas tank and giving me a few free oil changes. They still didn't follow the scratches and instead sold me on simonizing my car. Two years later those scratches are rusted! And they won't fix it and simonize supposedly doesn't protect against those. Typical sales people. They also won't refund the money wasted on the simonizing. Seems like a lot of people do well here but I guess not in my case. Rest assured I will tell people to stay away from these crooks.

When I left home today on my way to McGovern Honda I wash't sure what to expect. I felt a little anxiety because of all the negative things you hear about dealers (I'm not saying some of these things aren't true). I was introduced to Leo and immediately felt right at home. He greeted me and my little niece with a big smile and a strong handshake. He was professional and very knowledgable about the product. We explored the options of leasing vs owning and I chose the best that was for me. I then met Sam (finance) and he really did a great job in working with me to find the right fit for my budget. Very nice guy. Kudos to both Leo and Sam for taking the time to make my car shopping a smooth experience. I highly recommend these two guys.

Imagine if you will, flat tire on I-91 ! I quickly changed the flat but the spare was almost flat too! I slowly got off 91 in Holyoke and found Balise Honda nearby. They took me right in and after about an hour of trying to fix/repair time, all they could do is put air in the spare tire and send me on my way. Everyone was so nice and they didn't even charge me for their time working on my Accord. Highly recommend Balise Honda

Both worked with me to maximize value for money. I did not feel pressured on up-sales and add-ons, though they clearly explained the options. I had a few requests, which were accommodated where possible or declined with courtesy. The online viewing options for vehicles were very helpful, and allowed me to narrow down the time needed on site. All in all, the purchase was made in under two hours. Great work! Re: Airbag Recall Work-Dashboard damage - Kemper
Went to Bedard Brothers for recall of Takata airbags. I was told that work would be approximately one (1) hour. Truck was returned well within that time but there are several gouges to the dashboard material around the passenger side airbag compartment.
Based on this experience, I will end my relationship with the Bedard Brothers Service Department because the quality of this work was very poor and something I would expect of a "back yard hack".
