Great Service! My Salesman Homero was awesome! They spoiled my wife and kids with popcorn, ice cream, water, balloons, and soda. There was no pressure to buy. There was no nonsense of any kind. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I purchased a used car at Commonwealth Motors about a year ago, and like most used cars it had it's issues. I got in contact with Brain Hesse who listened to me and understood where I was coming from when I expressed my concerns about my vehicle. He in turn got me in touch with Tish in the Honda Service Dept.. Tish had me bring my car in to assess the problems and explained her findings to me in a way that I could understand and not get overwhelmed. Long story short Tish got my car repaired and all the problems were fixed. This was a job that would have cost me over $5000 and after all the magic that was done at the dealership I was told my portion of the bill would be less than $400. What a great dealership. I know that if I had gone elsewhere I would have not gotten the Satisfaction I got at Commonwealth Motors. Thank You, Tish Sampson and her team in the Honda Service Dept. and a special thank you to Brian Hesse for your kindness and compassion.
Superb dealership - Honda Village Royalty
My husband and I have bought a total of 3 cars at Honda Village over the course of the last 15 years; we have always had our cars serviced there. We find everybody there to be incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist Adam Bohn makes you feel welcome every time you go there, and is always so polite. He truly makes you feel like royalty. Vanessa, who works at the reception desk on weekends, is also a joy to deal with. All of the service advisors and the people supporting them are honest and only advise you to repair that which truly needs to be repaired. I trust their opinion. Honda Village offers a convenient ride service and they even provide you with a loaner upon request. Lastly, I love the fact that the owner devotes so much of his time and resources to charitable causes, which is another reason I have been loyal to Honda Village for so many years. I highly recommend this dealership.

Instead, he narrowed my search down to just a few cars quickly and gave me plenty of info on both of them. Herve was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions. After some truly harrowing experiences at other dealerships, my wife and I paid a visit to Honda Cars of Boston. We met with John, Rich and Alex, and were pleasantly surprised by how forthcoming they were with discussions about car choice, colour, price, etc. At no point did they try to pressure us into purchasing additional features and services, nor did they throw any curveballs at us with regards to price. We had a bit of an urgent deadline for car delivery, which they went out of their way to accommodate. John even came in on his off-day to hand off the car to us in person, and checked in with us after the sale to find out if all was well. Overall we had a great experience at Honda Cars of Boston!

I had an 8:00AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours to perform that service. That is totally unacceptable.

The A/C in my 2009 Accord stopped working. Just blew warm air. Called the service department and was told it would cost $250 just to diagnose the problem, and "up to $1,000 to fix it. The guy gave me a song and dance about having to push dye through the system looking for leaks and other nonsense. I am female and I think he figured he could take advantage of me. I went to a guy I have used many times before where I used to live (independent), and he fixed it for $74.
Buying a new car at the end of the year. I won't be buying it from Weymouth Honda.
