Received an estimated for a loose tie-rod that was less expensive than another dealership and went in for service to also find out that the other dealership did not find the rear suspension needed work as well. Went there on Memorial Day to look into purchasing a CRV. I had set up an appointment via email and Neel met us at the door. He answered all our questions and took us for a test drive. Their price was below the Consumer Report's (TrueCar) best price and below the few other nearby dealers I checked. There was zero pressure. What more could you ask for?

My husband and I visited the dealer last Saturday looking for a small crossover (CRV) either new or late model. The car was for me and my husband and I had different ideas of which features were most important. Chris Gaudreau listened well and tried to find a vehicle to match our needs. He spent a lot of time with us.
In the end, we did not purchase a car at Silko. Unlike the rest of the world, I am not fully enamored with the CRV. I ended up with a late model Ford Escape under 25K from another family owned dealer in my own community. I do like to work with that type of dealer and would recommend Silko especially if you live in the immediate area - I do not.

I had an 8:00AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours to perform that service. That is totally unacceptable.

The A/C in my 2009 Accord stopped working. Just blew warm air. Called the service department and was told it would cost $250 just to diagnose the problem, and "up to $1,000 to fix it. The guy gave me a song and dance about having to push dye through the system looking for leaks and other nonsense. I am female and I think he figured he could take advantage of me. I went to a guy I have used many times before where I used to live (independent), and he fixed it for $74.
Buying a new car at the end of the year. I won't be buying it from Weymouth Honda.
