Super simple purchase Robert Cavalieri was very professional throughout the entire process. Car was built in EU so there was a long delay with the tariffs, but Robert kept me informed. Once car finally arrived, Robert had it ready for me within hours, and I spent less then an hour at the dealership with all the paper work Follow up check-ins to make sure there were no issues (there weren't). All around pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Had a little issue with my phones performance of remote features. So I called Lincoln and spoke to a tech who did barely anything says need to work with my phone and car. OK, lets be honest - buying a car is never going to be a pleasant experience. But when you find a dealer that makes it easier, a dealer that makes it more about you than about them, you have to be happy. Apollo Auto is that place. I went in with a certain car in mind, one I had seen on their website. Mario worked with me and explained every step in the process. He answered every question in detail and in plain English. He worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted, at a price I wanted, and with no lingering questions about the process. We did have an issue with the car after we got it. It turned out to be a minor problem, but the point is the service. They took care of it right away. They got the car back, diagnosed it, and called me to come pick it up all within ONE DAY! Everyone I dealt with, from the person at the front desk, to Mario, to the service department, was top notch, first class in everything! A great place to go for a car. These people are pros.
