We took our Subaru outback for an oil change last week. It was a nasty raining day but we had a great time with the Subaru dealer in vestal NY. Chris Mondolfi welcomed us and he was very kind, professional and efficient. The technician also done a great job. This is our first time for the service. Sure we will come back! Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

I made an online appointment for an oil change on 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the email I got confirming the appointment and he still couldn't find any record of the appointment. However, he honored the email and got the oil change done.
