White Plains Honda should be proud to have Paul Kim as a service consultant on its team. I was fortunate to have him as the sales consultant who helped me make the choice about the Honda CRV-EX and made the purchase process an easy, pleasant, and a quick process.
Based on my experience working with Paul and watching him dealing with other customers and sales people in the dealership, I can comment on 3 aspects. Those aspects are Paul’s knowledge and experience about the Honda products, his manners in dealing with customers and the dealership team, and his personality and attitude.
Regarding his knowledge, it is clear that Paul studied the variety of cars and can be very informative and resourceful to the customers. The way he compares the cars is very educational and save customers a lot to time and effort to make the choice that is suitable for them. He presents all the facts and guide the customers to make the best choice for them. He does not put pressure on customers and the ways of explaining the different models and styles are very educational and entertaining, and provides very useful facts and figures.
Regarding his manners in dealing with customers, he is honest, transparent, and honors his promises and deals. It is clear that his main goal is to make customers happy and very satisfied. There was a glitch in the system at the type of my payment that would have added to my cost but Paul convinced the general manager to absorb the additional cost and keep the promise.
He has a very pleasant personality. He is serious but funny at the same time. He goes above and beyond the traditional good sales’ consultant way. He ensures that customers leave the dealership happy the returns back for other cars and purchases. I recommend him highly without any hesitations.
