Was not pushy and provided fair pricing so I will definitely going back. Eli was also amazing in helping me get up to speed on the APP and figuring out how to navigate it.

The only thing I didn't know was a time estimate on how long it would take (should I wait, should I ask for a loaner, do I need a ride?), but otherwise, it was a super smooth experience.

We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

I am happy with the dealer and the people. My only issue is that I had my car service and the oil it is either too much or too little and I had to take the car back again. The oil light warning keeps appearing. I wish they will recheck everything before I take the car home, so I don’t have to come back.

I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple times that I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it was 1 to 2 weeks away. Then I call Keith and he gets me in the NEXT day. I will ONLY use Keith, and he is a solid (5) STARS or a #10 if that's how you score? I'm a retired Veteran on a fixed income, and Keith will always try to get me any discounts available. I have and do tell my Dodge truck owner friends about Gresham Chrysler Dodge. Thank Paul M.
