He exceeded my expectations. The overall time it took was well beyond the timeframe I had anticipated. I do appreciate getting this work being done to correct a manufacturer defect.

I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road
