I had a great experience with the service department. I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initially consulted with Jenny Kirby on the service in June. She gave me her card and said, "call me directly when you want to bring it in and I will make sure the parts are here". I didn't make the call until August. Jenny checked and the parts were on the shelf. I dropped the car off the following week. Jenny got me a nice rental to use, and my car was finished a few hours later. Thanks Jenny and the Technician for the attention to detail on a comprehensive service.

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Thank you again for all your help and assistance!
