Best car buying experience. Welcoming to desk, constant check ins as Jieun went back and forth. She is running, hurrying, being thoughtful of the customer. Check ins while with the wonderful Edwin Cruz in finance, and sitting in your car, explaining all important details, making sure until the very end that you are fully equipped to go. Your time becomes more important than making the sale. She makes you feel like you are somebody, and my feeling leaving after so many horrible experiences is incomparable to anything before. Beyond best in class. The absolute best. The experience was so great that I came back a week later and got another car.

His diligent work gave us the incentive to visit the dealership. We drove all the way from northwestern NJ. Randy, the salesman, who worked with us during the test drive and closing, is a great credit to Freehold Subaru. He is the kind of salesman we like the most. Listened to our questions and concerns, provided all the information we requested, followed up, but never got pushy. He is genuinely good person. Carlos, the sales manager, is a great leader and friendly. His department is well run. He is very professional, stands by his word. David, the finance manager, handled the paperwork with great, humor, patience, and knowledge. We had also a very good discussion with Greg, the service manager, about spare wheel options. In summary, we experienced a flawless, trustworthy dealing, and closed the purchase the same day as the test drive. We highly recommend Freehold Subaru. We left the dealership as a happy 2026 Subaru Outback owner.
