My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!

Thankfully, it absolutely was. Carrien was upfront, honest, and refreshingly not pushy—definitely not your typical car salesman. After we finalized the paperwork, we pointed out a few issues we hadn’t noticed. We were a bit concerned and kicked ourselves for not noticing beforehand, but he promised to make them right. True to his word, he replaced the windshield and took care of some paint chips without hesitation. The entire process felt smooth and transparent. BUYER BEWARE - Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition** I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla on June 12, 2025, from Mike Shaw Toyota for $10,500 after their salesperson texted me that the vehicle was in "mint condition." Since I live 3.5 hours away, I had to rely completely on their word and the photos they sent me. **What They Promised:** - Texted "mint condition" - Sent selective photos hiding damage - Assured me there were no issues when I specifically asked **What I Actually Received:** - Extensive paint deterioration and rust formation across THE ENTIRE roof, hood, and trunk - One bad tire (told all tires were "good condition") - Non-working tire pressure monitoring system - Suspension needing replacement within a year **The paint damage is so severe that bare metal is showing and rust is forming. This is NOT normal wear - this is obvious damage that existed when they sold it to me.** **Deceptive Sales Practices:** - Made me pay the full $10,500 BEFORE allowing me to sign the contract - Deliberately took photos that hid the extensive roof/hood/trunk damage - Claimed "mint condition" while knowing about obvious paint failure - Discovered all issues within 24 hours of delivery **Financial Impact:** Professional estimates show $3,000-$5,000 needed to repair the paint damage they concealed. I specifically bought this car because I needed something reliable that wouldn't need immediate repairs. **This wasn't just poor disclosure - this was deliberate fraud.** The paint deterioration covers 50%+ of the vehicle's visible surfaces. Any honest inspection would have revealed this damage immediately. **I am currently pursuing resolution through legal channels and regulatory complaints.** **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their "mint condition" promise was worthless, and they use high-pressure tactics like demanding full payment before contract signing. Don't make the same mistake I did - inspect any vehicle thoroughly before purchase, because Mike Shaw Toyota cannot be trusted to honestly represent their inventory. **UPDATE: Dealer agreed to allow me to return the vehicle for a full refund**

My 69 birthday was at the end of August and I had decided after owning every muscle car under the sun that I was going to cash in on a few investments a buy myself a Corvette as I’m not getting any younger. I had found several nice cars, but no dealerships that I felt comfortable with. Their “ no hassle non negotiable” way of doing business told me stay away. I came across a nice Corvette at Jordan Motorcars and made a inquiry. Ray Martinez called me back and I was immediately impressed with him. I couldn’t believe I had found a car salesman that was a nice guy, but Ray is a winner. We negotiated back and forth and came up with a price that worked for both of us. They found a few things wrong with the car after the agreement on the price and they made it right with no change in the price to me. I would say that the guys at Jordan Motorcars say what they will do and then they do what they say. A rarity in the world we live in today.
