Alisha provided great advice and direction for the towing process (the breakdown happening on Storrow Drive Brighton - which was very stressful event) . Alisha also provided how diagnosis and repair process would proceed when the Tiguan arrived from the tow . That was done in a timely manner, and up to minute communication on the faulty part which caused the Tiguan to engine stopped in the travel lane And estimate, and additional advice on an overdue coolant flush. I greatly appreciate the great customer service provided by Alisha and the repair Technicians .

The team (Theo, Gabriel and Danny) was incredibly patient, competent, and transparent about the out-of-the-door pricing from the very beginning. Theo was so responsive, friendly and professional at the same time. He offered us the Atlas with an unbeatble value. Gabriel was exceptional, calm and cool. He patiently showed us the Atlas and its features. Danny took the time to explain the financing options clearly without making me feel pressured into extra add-ons. Unfortunately my Atlas CS had to be towed in for some type of problem last weekend - but Steve quickly came to my assistance with a car the same day that I phoned him. I decided to give the service department a try. Before the appointment, I was told there were no available coupons, even though the dealership website was advertising service coupons. I paid about $600 total for a 60,000-mile service that consisted mainly of an oil change, filter replacements, and an inspection, and I was not given a clear itemized estimate beforehand. I should have asked more questions before approving the work, but based on the lack of pricing transparency and the conflicting information about coupons, I would not recommend this service department.

I walked into Atamian VW with a True Car price quite that Cee, our salesperson, immediately said that he would honor. We test drove a Passat TDI and decided that yes, we liked the car, so we closed the deal. The sales manager tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I simply stated that I could handle the cost of any future repairs. Easy enough. I've since had the car service a few times at Atamian. No problems.

I have been going to Kelly VW since they purchased North Shore VW (where I went for years)and many of the same people work at the Kelly dealership. They are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and personable. They provide GREAT service for anything from a small tiny adjustment to a major repair. It is not a "typical" car dealership mentality when buying or leasing. There is no pressure to buy or push their agenda....the customer comes first. I would highly recommend them!
