Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

They have a large inventory! After viewing their inventory online I went to their business with 6 cars and suv's to look at, The crew was great! Especially Eddie Colon my sales person. Eddie was very personable, fair and as far as I am concerned went out of his way to help me days after driving the car home. Its a busy yard. Just find a to park and go in like you belong. After an awful experience at 46 Nissan in NJ where I fell completely in love with a car that they would not let me drive away without a $5,000 warranty, I found the same car at Colonial Subaru. Fred made everything easy. There were no games, Fred made himself completely available to me via phone, and it was an easy breezy experience. Everything was handled and taken care of within 24 hours, mostly via computer/phone -- literally so easy. I love my car and would recommend Fred at Colonial to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience!

He helped me locate the exact spec I wanted, and consistently stayed in touch through a complex deal. DJ made sure I was updated and supported even though things were a bit hectic. I really appreciate that he never disappeared even when I asked a million questions about rates, incentives, or timing. He was completely honest, clear and respectful the entire time. It really felt like he was looking out for me instead of just selling me a car. I'd highly recommend asking for DJ if you want transparency and professionalism from start to finish.

My husband, my daughter and myself came to the dealership from Eastern Long Island. Leah picked us up from the ferry and brought us to the dealer. She made our experience so easy. She was very professional. We bought a used Jeep for our daughter. The finance team was amazing as well. Everything went very smoothly and when we were finished with finance we went out to the Jeep and there was a big pink bow, which put a big smile on my daughter’s face. They couldn’t be more thoughtful. I’ve had many jeeps and my experience purchasing from other dealerships was never very good until now. We will always be going back to see Leah and her team whenever we decide to get another jeep.

We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.
