Evin Mejia assisted me at that time, and he’s one of the most honest and straightforward sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Despite limited inventory for the 2025 RAV4, he genuinely listened and helped me get exactly what I needed. Great experience from start to finish, honest, helpful and not pushy at all. Evin was super helpful and patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car there. Marluin in finance was great too. All of paperwork went through quickly and smoothly

I am so thankful for Al the salesman and Anthony in warranty. This has got to be the most wonderful experience I ever had buying a used car. They were so patient, knowledgeable and made you feel like family. They really go out of their way here. I had had such a miserable can't believe this actually goes on at a different dealership by another make vehicle (not going to bother mentioning this dealership) when I had bought my last car previously and the experience here was so calm and incredibly fantastic that I literally wanted to sob on Al the salesman when I bought my beautiful RAV4. Thank Anthony in warranty for going the extra mile for us too!! I can not thank you guys enough. This is how a dealership should be.

The people here really helped my situation out. I had. 2012 toyota with extreme costs for repairs, and instead of allowing me to pay over 7K in repairs for a car worth 2K with no safety, they directed me to a toyota 2026 cross that provided me with all my safety needs to enjoy a comfortavle ride

I was assisted by an extremely patient, knowledgeable and courteous Sales and Leasing Consultant named Hazem. He did an amazing job and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator - Michael

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator replacement. On the day of my appointment I show up to their service department. They tell me they don't show an appointment for me. I then show them their business card with the appointment date and time written by them. They then take my car in. A week later I get my car back. After paying $3000 plus for parts and labor they pull my car out. I immediately see the warning light illuminating on the dashboard indicating a problem with my hybrid battery system. I inquire the service manager about the warning light. He tells me that due to the age of my car, the hybrid battery failed and that I would need to pay to have it fixed. I never had an issue with my hybrid system so I'm very skeptical about the manager explanation. I tried getting an answer from Toyota corporate and their customer service, but nobody can explain why I wasn't told about my battery problem before they started working on the brake actuator. I would had never authorized their service department to continue working on my brakes if they would had told me that I had a major issue with the hybrid battery.
