If I could rate BMW of Middleburg Heights/BMW of Westlake higher than 5 stars, I would! I bought a Dodge Viper from them, and couldn't be happier with the experience. It was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had! Robert really made the whole buying experience easy and was there for me every step of the way, even picking me up from the airport when I flew in from Texas to pick up the car. The whole team at BMW of Middleburg is top notch. I was thoroughly impressed with the care they put into their products, their service, and their customers. I recently purchased a vehicle from John Caruso at BMW of Westlake and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and his knowledge of the vehicles is outstanding. I never felt pressured to make a purchase which was much appreciated and made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful as it sometimes can be. The finance department was on top of their game and made the signing process painless. I really appreciated the help of the tech service person who assisted with explaining different features of the vehicle when I picked it up.
