I think a service advisor should greet customers as they drive into the service bay, and take the keys to get started working on the car. The customer lounge is awkwardly placed close to the cashier and you drive into the service bay, and take the keys to get started working on the car. The customer lounge is awkwardly placed close to the cashier and you can hear every conversation and phone call. Put up a divider or wall please. The lounge tv was not on (put on hgtv or something neutral), there were no snacks or sodas. Are there loaner cars available so I don't have to wait next time? More
