I had been looking since June and had been in contact with Chad. He was in no way pressuring and gave me time to make my decision, in other words, a perfect professional. He promptly responded to all my queries over the phone and email. His product knowledge was excellent. He even brought the car over at our home to fit our schedule which is very hard to see. I highly recommend BMW Westlakr and especially Chad. I’d also like to point out the amazing work done by Mike for getting the paperwork done so fast and explaining the whole process. Nate gave us the tour of the car and his knowledge about the car is tremendous. id never have guessed my car had so many functions. Finally, I’ve my car and I love it. The whole process from start to finish with BMW Westlake was pure gold. I’ll definitely go to them again when I get another car. More

GREAT......................... this is my second "BMW" car that I have leased from "BMW of Westlake". The first car was a 2016 5-series sedan. I have now leased a 2019 5-series seda this is my second "BMW" car that I have leased from "BMW of Westlake". The first car was a 2016 5-series sedan. I have now leased a 2019 5-series sedan. Each time that I walk into the dealership, I am or was greeted as the number one customer. My sales person is "Ken Delk" I knew from the first few minutes of talking, I was going to make a deal with 'Ken". "Ken" is quiet, soft spoken & knowa how to talk to a customer. Most of ALL, "Ken" cares for hos customers. I would recommend "Ken Delk". More

Once I decided on a vehicle, they walked me through all the finance options to make sure I fully understood. After purchase, they spent more than an hour showing me how to use all of the features in the new car. Overall best experience I have had with a dealership. More
Some really good people working there. I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. Dirk the BMW genuis is a great guy - very respectful, knowledable about his product and overall classy. Although John was off that day I could not be more pleased with his service. He's a class act. Patient. Curteous and pleasant. I give him an A+ for his attention. Oh and Carl in service is also very cusomter focused and respectful. This is appreciated. More

I did not like the dealer's process for validating my personal check. The used a third party verifier, and I had no idea who I was dealing with. I had to get on the line with the verifier and tie in my bank. I don't like giving out any data to unknown third parties. I had just written a personal check for more than $70,000 just four years ago with this dealer. It would seem that customers that the dealer knows should not be subjected to this process. More
