He promptly responded to all my queries over the phone and email. His product knowledge was excellent. He even brought the car over at our home to fit our schedule which is very hard to see. Each time that I walk into the dealership, I am or was greeted as the number one customer. My sales person is "Ken Delk" I knew from the first few minutes of talking, I was going to make a deal with 'Ken". "Ken" is quiet, soft spoken & knowa how to talk to a customer. Most of ALL, "Ken" cares for hos customers. I would recommend "Ken Delk". More

Once I decided on a vehicle, they walked me through all the finance options to make sure I fully understood. Some really good people working there. I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. Dirk the BMW genuis is a great guy - very respectful, knowledable about his product and overall classy. Although John was off that day I could not be more pleased with his service. He's a class act. Patient. Curteous and pleasant. I give him an A+ for his attention. Oh and Carl in service is also very cusomter focused and respectful. This is appreciated. More

I did not like the dealer's process for validating my personal check. The used a third party verifier, and I had no idea who I was dealing with. I had to get on the line with the verifier and tie in my bank. I don't like giving out any data to unknown third parties. I had just written a personal check for more than $70,000 just four years ago with this dealer. It would seem that customers that the dealer knows should not be subjected to this process. More
