Found my car on the web, got exactly what was advertised!! 2014 BMW 428i AWD Convertible, I saw it on their website 5/23, texted them, was there the next day, 5/24, took a cruise through Westlake Ohio and purc 2014 BMW 428i AWD Convertible, I saw it on their website 5/23, texted them, was there the next day, 5/24, took a cruise through Westlake Ohio and purchased it that day. Incredible ride, less than 11,000 miles, a real eye catcher. Ken Delk was extremely professional and very helpful! Kudos to Justin as well for helping my wife understand all the electronics. I will definitely shop here again the next time I am looking for a beautiful car. More

Steve Mihalic arrived early at the dealership t My wife and I drove 3+ hours from the Cincinnati/Dayton area to purchase a CPO 2015 BMW X5 on 5/12/18. Steve Mihalic arrived early at the dealership to accommodate our tight schedule/timeline; he and his team/colleagues were fantastic to work with and made the entire process quick and painless. The vehicle itself, of course, is amazing. My only issue is with some damage to the aluminum trim on the vehicle's interior that I feel should have been disclosed to me before my visit. Because I was coming from 3+ hours away, I'd asked for assurance that there weren't any dents/dings/scrapes/stains/tears/marks, etc. on the vehicle that weren't apparent in the dealer's online photos. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed the aluminum trim on the driver's side door and center console was riddled with little pock marks, apparently from the original owner's erratic/inaccurate use of the seatbelt. To me, this went beyond normal or expected wear and tear, and is exactly the type of damage I'd hoped to be made aware of before finalizing the purchase. Steve offered to extend to me the dealership's cost for replacing the two pieces, which came to over $400. Needless to say, that is not an expense I'd hoped to incur immediately after purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. Overall, my experience at BMW of Westlake--including all of my interactions with Steve and his colleagues--was quite pleasant, and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my tight schedule and get my wife and I back on the road within our timeline. Unfortunately, the undisclosed trim damage left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. More

He provide all the information I needed on the vehicle in order for me to make the 300 mile trip for a vehicle. Greg is one of the nicest and honest salesman that I have ever dealt with. I would not have made that trip to Middleburg, OH without Greg's honesty about the vehicle. It was truly a pleasure working with him!!! If you want to work with an honest and true salesman, Greg is your man!!!! As far as the finance department, Dan Walker was just amazing to work with also!!! He is not a pushy sales person. He is truly there for you to make sure you get the things that you need. He is not there to offer you the things that you do not need. Dan is the man too. :) This is the best place to buy a used BMW by for. For me, it was well worth the trip, I will make it again if I am ever in the market again for a used BMW. More

The customer service staff were very friendly and informative as to the nature of the fix and approximating the pick up time. As it turned out, they had my car repaired in about an hour and called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It was one of the best "no-hassle" service repairs I have ever experienced! More

Had had a 2015 535 m-sport coming to end of lease and needed to make a decision on what to get next. I had had my heart set on the 550 M-sport but they seem to be in short supply this season. I had been looking at the web page for weeks and missed my opportunity. Nevertheless, working with Jerry, I found a beautiful 540 M-sport with every option and after driving her, felt like a perfect transition from my 2015 which was my first BMW to this beautiful 2018 540. I'm very excited today and even got a monsoon to greet me after taking ownership of her. I have never had a complaint with Westlake BMW. I have always appreciated their service. It is a bit far from my home but that doesn't matter. I'll drive to Westlake for the quality of the service and for their dealership. It is comfortable, the staff are excellent.
