I had a front tire blow out on 90W & thankfully I was not too far away from the dealership. I called the service department and was very stressed about driving on the tire. The person on the other end was ve too far away from the dealership. I called the service department and was very stressed about driving on the tire. The person on the other end was very calm & reassured me that I would be ok as long as I reduced my speed. Once I reached the dealership I was greeted Cory who so so kind and understanding about my situation. He was able to look up my info and told me they did have my tire available. I only waited about 1-1/2 hrs which was amazing considering last time I had a flat I went to the dealership in Solon bc that is closer to home for me & they left me sitting in the waiting area for over 5 hrs! They eventually gave me a loaner bc they lost my keys and the service rep there left without letting me know what was going on so I guess I had a little PTSD from that experience & made appreciate the service I got from Westlake even more! More

Highly recommend this dealer. I always deal with Kevin one of the service writers. He has always been helpful when it comes to repairs that are needed for our car. He got me set up for an appointment very quickly, checked to see if I needed a loaner, which I usually just wait since they are very efficient and quick with repairs.
