I brought my car in for some recall work to be done and a couple of other issues were found. One of them involved a part that was just replaced by a third party repair shop weeks earlier. Instead of just charging me for the repair and saying that’s the breaks, Brittany followed up with the repair shop and then with BMW to get the part warranties, thereby saving me a good deal of money. I called in to ask him if it was save to drive my car in told him what was going on with the car and he said as long as you put oil in it I would make it up there I didn’t make it 4 miles down the road befo told him what was going on with the car and he said as long as you put oil in it I would make it up there I didn’t make it 4 miles down the road before the car blow up I’ll never buy or have a car Service at this location ever again More
