I never leave reviews but because of one employee and her great customer service im here to leave a review. I took my wifes suv in for a oil change and to service a problem we have been experiencing. Karah a great customer service im here to leave a review. I took my wifes suv in for a oil change and to service a problem we have been experiencing. Karah and her great customer service was able to create a work order ticket and take my wife’s truck in despite not having a appointment. Karah asked what i was needing done to the truck. She said that what I went in for was a easy job and she assured me that the truck would be ready by end of day. Karah reached out to me once sthe vehicle was ready. She had not only made sure my wifes truck was serviced correctly she had it washed and ready for pick up. Karah has great customer service and passion for what she does. Im not a fan of the cadillac service department but aslong as Karah works there I will be taking my truck in for service. More
