Called to verify they had car I wanted, they did, set appt for 4pm. Matt called to welcome me before I arrived. Car was as represented, we sorted details and I was out in my new car 2.5 hours later. Although bought CT5 from Bayway SW, it didn't make sense to tow that far. Didn't know about Big Star. Best dealership. All were concerned about my one year old car stranding me multiple times. They were to tow that far. Didn't know about Big Star. Best dealership. All were concerned about my one year old car stranding me multiple times. Easy to drive in and drop off my car. Albert was very professional and easy to deal with! When my car needed a part that would take several days to come in Albert took care of me and got Albert was very professional and easy to deal with!
