Brian was so friendly, professional, and efficient in getting me in and out for my service appointment. He reviewed everything that would be completed and recommended another service (alignment), but exp getting me in and out for my service appointment. He reviewed everything that would be completed and recommended another service (alignment), but explained that I would have to pay for that as it wasn't included in my maintenance plan. I appreciated his being transparent and also with the recommendation. He called as soon as my car was finished and reminded me to call the shuttle driver before 4:00. When I came to pick up my car, he again reviewed what was completed and asked if I had any questions. He is awesome! Great experience. More
