Held hostage Appraisal manager got my car key from service dept,. I needed to get home by noon!, sales refused to give me my key. All of a sudden Uber appeared did not introduce himself and showed me a piece of scrap paper w/ a car payment of $550. I can only afford $350. I asked again for my car key. Uber refused.
