My vehicles engine light was on & decided to take to a Chevy dealer. The initial 3-4 hour inspection I was told at drop off Took 8 hours only to tell me I needed a new battery. Not covered by warranty & Chevy dealer. The initial 3-4 hour inspection I was told at drop off Took 8 hours only to tell me I needed a new battery. Not covered by warranty & cost 500$. I also never received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up on my own during closing time to see the employee closing the gate. I assume they want to keep my vehicle over night so I can pay even more. They are great for an 8 hour, 500$ battery exchange. Probably good mechanics, but terrible front desk service. Over friendly & shady. More

Kevin was great to work with! I have been working with Kevin since the beginning of the year on purchasing a Chevy Bolt. The Bolts were supposed to be delivered to the dealership I have been working with Kevin since the beginning of the year on purchasing a Chevy Bolt. The Bolts were supposed to be delivered to the dealership in April and GM kept pushing the date back of when they would be delivered. Kevin kept in touch with me weekly and made sure any information he received he passed along. The cars finally started coming in and he made sure as soon as the model I wanted was delivered he held it for me. He made sure the deal we worked out months ago was still honored by the dealer ship.
