Big disappointment You expect to have no problems with a new car right.... wrong! Within the first 3 days I had to take the brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse truck back for You expect to have no problems with a new car right.... wrong! Within the first 3 days I had to take the brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse truck back for issues with a faulty battery. Following week we brought it in for the "warranty plan" they offer, and we brought it back home and noticed that in their process they've sealed some type of over buffing or something that's caused a noticeable color differential. When we told them, they said well you'll have to speak to the insurance you brought through us! What a scam! Fast forward 2 months and we've been experiencing a clicking noise everytime we turn our wheel. After my husband wasting 4hours waiting for the service department to hear the noise, they tell him they don't hear anything and can't help (even though my husband recorded the noise)! He gets home and the car immediately makes the noise. He takes it back, waits another 4 hours for them to tell him "oh there's a recall from last year". They tell us they don't have the part but they'll call us when it's in. They finally call us and we're told to just come in, we give a courtesy call to say we are coming in and we're told No you can't come in we don't have time. THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2018 TRAVERSE!!!! THERE SHOULD BE NOTHING WRONG!!! How is this place selling cars that are this messed up??? The sales team also coaxes you to please please please rate 5 stars on several websites otherwise they don't get commission! Really? I'll never buy another car here, this is insane! More

Dred Arrington Got Me TOGETHER!!!" Ok, so I was in the market to purchase my very first car. I had been eyeing a Chevy Malibu for a while, particularly a cute white one. I get online Ok, so I was in the market to purchase my very first car. I had been eyeing a Chevy Malibu for a while, particularly a cute white one. I get online and start searching dealerships and come across Currie. Me and my little family take a trip out to Forest Park to pay them a little visit. Side note: I'm not even excited at this point because I already know my credit is not where it should be. Anyway, we get to Currie, I instantly see that 2018 White Malibu!!! Now I'm a little excited. We walk in and we meet Dred. We do all our little introductions and I break it down to him what I'm looking for. "NEW. 2018. CHEVY. MALIBU. WHITE." Dred says " I GOT YOU." He pulls the "NEW. 2018. CHEVY. MALIBU. to the front and starts going over all the specs. Side note: I'm not even listening because all i can do is envision myself ridin' 'round in my NEW. 2018. CHEVY. MALIBU. thank God my Husband was there actually listening lol. We take a test drive and its amazing. Pull back up to the dealership and this is where DRED starts to show out!!!!! Now I told yall my credit is not where it needs to be. BUT, my man DRED is a PLATINUM DEALER!! Let me say that louder for the people in the back. DRED ARRINGTON IS A PLATINUM DEALER!!! I told him what I could afford and he used his PLATINUM DEALER status and made it happen for ya girl. I left Currie Motors with exactly what I came in for, a WHITE. NEW. 2018. CHEVY. MALIBU. and for a price and payment that I wanted. DRED is so amazing. He made my first experience purchasing a car phenomenal and because of that I will only purchase a car from the PLATINUM DEALER himself, DRED ARRINGTON!! More
