I give Pete Porzio ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered my 2022 Mach-E GT back on January 26th. After a short few months, I took possession on July 16th and paid MSRP as promised. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH OUR 2015 FORD ESCAPE WITH 76000 MILES GOING BAD BUT WHAT WE DIDNT EXPECTED WAS TO BE TREATED SO BAD BY FORDS CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT FOR OVER A WEEK NO FORD ESCAPE WITH 76000 MILES GOING BAD BUT WHAT WE DIDNT EXPECTED WAS TO BE TREATED SO BAD BY FORDS CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT FOR OVER A WEEK NOW IVE BEEN LIED TO MULTPLE TIMES THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND WHEN I CALL IM ON THE HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR MULTPLE TIMES TO HEAR THAT THERE ARE NO PROGRAMS FOR ME BUT THERE SURE WAS WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR. TRANSMISSION FLUID IS CHANGED AT 150000 MILES SO WHY IS MY TRANSMISSION BAD AT 76000 JOHN TREHEY OUR SERVICE MANAGER HAS BEEN GREAT WITH US HERE AT CURRIE FORD LISTENING TO OUR FRUSTRATION AND TRYING TO HELP US THANKS JOHN NO THANKS TO FORD CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE I ALSO HAVE A FORD EDGE.
