Had a better-than-expected interaction with Harold in the purchase of a 2025 Civic Sport. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and is an enormus credit to DCH. The dealership had a surcharge on the purchase of a 2025 Civic Sport. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and is an enormus credit to DCH. The dealership had a surcharge on the car and I was very unhappy about that. We did successfully negotiate it down by a bit over 80%, but that is a practice that makes the consumer feel very unappreciated and mistreated. Harold is the reason this deal happened! More
