The overall experience was not quite up to the standards I would have expected. The salesman was nice and polite but he "process" was extra long and arduous. We did not feel respected as customers. The first person I spoke with at the dealership was Ashley Hansen. She had called me from my on line search to notify me that the model that I was looking for had just arrived. She was pleasant as well as informative, and deserves a 5 star rating. Daniel Sweeney was the sales person that we dealt with. He was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The morning after we turned in our trade in we realized that we had left our garage door opener in it. Since Daniel had given us his cell phone number I called it before he left for work in the morning. After he arrived at work he retrieved the device and called us to let us know he had it.
