I have had an issue for the last year trying to get the GPS maps updated on my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Last year (6 months ago) I opened an incident with Toyota customer services and got ticket assigned GPS maps updated on my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Last year (6 months ago) I opened an incident with Toyota customer services and got ticket assigned. The service manager at the time called me to discuss and promised to call me back within a few days. He never did. I called and left several voicemail messages, but eventually I gave up. At this last service appointment I again tried to get my problem resolved but experienced another run around. I would love to discuss this issue with the service manager. More
