Called and made an appointment for the recall and added a tire rotation. Get there for my appointment only to be told the parts for the recall aren't in. It was an okay experience. Was at dealership for more than four hours, leasing a new car. Noticed many people in the showroom, at the back, I guess where management sits, were not wearing masks.
