Service tech Josh was very “know best” and zero help. Everything about the experience from the ridiculous pricing, poor customer service and zero solutions to the problem was pathetic. My service advisor Jamie is great. They offer a loaner vehicle which is very convenient. My only complaint is that they put about 15 miles on my car.
