The other morning, I had no intention to replace my BMW 128i, yet as the repair bill grew, a new vehicle became inevitable. Dan methodically guided me (and my husband) through the benefits and attributes of the 230i Turbo He gave me an opportunity to really experience the car, and the test drive , so that I would feel comfortable with the new features and ride. Dan then took the time to introduce us to Doug Radeker, staff Genius, who proceeded to again guide us through the computer system and special features of the car that we were interested in purchasing.
