I had to return twice to fix a defective trunk part covered by a factory warranty. The diagnosis visit went fairly quickly and another visit was scheduled pending receipt of a part. It was implied that returning early in the AM would speed the repair. It ended up requiring four hours. The reception area was Covid proofed but TVs were inoperable. No loaner was offered.. No one provided updates on the repair. The loaner was better Covid protection. More
