Dave was amazing from the moment I met him. I’ve never owned a BMW and went to two other dealerships closer to home and neither one, I felt, cared if I were there or not. Ferman BMW was great to negotiate with via email and text for a used vehicle while on vacation from TN. Once negotiated, they placed a hold sign on it for a week until we could get there to check it out (6 h for a used vehicle while on vacation from TN. Once negotiated, they placed a hold sign on it for a week until we could get there to check it out (6 hrs away from our vacation spot). Everything promised to us was delivered. The deal included a check promised to us, which took longer than expected to arrive, but it did eventually arrive as promised. We have been enjoying the Jeep Gladiator. More
