Received my car back the power steering belt replaced incorrectly. It shredded which is caused by not being properly installed. I was informed I needed new gaskets, when I had a major power steering leak incorrectly. It shredded which is caused by not being properly installed. I was informed I needed new gaskets, when I had a major power steering leak that was not even addressed. They did not change the gaskets for me when I asked them. Only did the bare minimum to get the car to drive. My car was at Ferman BMW for three weeks. And broke down two days after. More

I had a blow out on my tire and had purchased all of the warranties upon purchase of my vehicle. Both Sal and Mary could see and knew the warranty was purchased but the system was showing an error.
