The deal was easy was not the usual back and forth price game like most dealers. And they were very accommodating on added values wanted . The finance department was a breeze, Sam in after market was very helpful. Parts were very friendly and helpful on finding a bed liner for us . My hubby is a truck driver and is home only a short few days at a time. He had been in contact with Casey about the SUV we wanted. We met him of an evening after work. When we arrived we felt so welcomed as were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake. Everyone was so nice and were concerned for our needs. I was blown away, he had an Explorer ready and waiting for us. It ended up being the one. He was great about walking with us and explaining different features on the different models on the lot. We never once felt pressured. That is and was super important to us. The one we ended up purchasing is the nicest and best vehicle we have ever owned. Its packed with different features including the ones we told Casey we were looking for. After signing the paperwork, he took us out to our brand new Explorer and showed us how to use the ford app and a several other things. He really went above and beyond. We even received a follow up call from him personally. His service definitely doesn't stop after the sale. We look forward to our next vehicle purchase with Casey! More

Eddie was excellent in providing and helping with everything that I needed without getting bogged down in unnecessary issues. He listened well and we were able to reach a mutual deal quickly. Likewise David was easy to deal with on the closing paperwork. It was a cash deal through another financing entity, and while he explained all my options, he didn't drag out the process and made it smooth and efficient. Bottom line, I enjoyed doing business with both Eddie and David specifically, and Five Star Ford in general. More
