I was looking for a fairly specific truck and Lee found exactly what I was lookin Mr. Clanton is by far the best sales associate I've ever dealt with! The truck was located in another state but he amazingly had it moved to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills by the next day! Always in constant communication through the entire process but never tried to "push" anything I didn't want or need. Absolute pleasure to deal with! There are A LOT of features, gadgets, and gizmo's in new vehicles these days. Jimmie Mathews took the time needed to go through and set up everything for me. I have already recommended him to others that I know will be looking to buy in the near future. I was very frustrated, however, with the financing guy David Welch. I know he was doing his job but we had already been there for a couple of hours, and he persisted with the additional warranty after we repeatedly said no, for what felt like an hour! He wasn't rude at all, in fact he was very nice, but it was very overwhelming and made us less likely to want the warranty. Other than that I was extremely satisfied with the service we received and am in love with my new car! Thanks Five Star! More
