Good inventory, good layout of dealership. Easy to schedule vehicle service and appointments with the sales team. Everyone works to make sure you are comfortable while you are there. Over the past month, we have been through quite a process, and the personnel accompanied us through it all. We had a vehicle needing service, we had visits to the dealership to look at both previously owned vehicles and brand new ones, we traded in a vehicle, and we ended up purchasing a new one. We went through moments of incertitude and doubt. We had many questions. Everyone at the dealership offered their time and expertise, really listened, and helped us clarify what option would end up being the best for us. This dealership did not back their vehicle and it was as is when sold which I didn't know so when issues came up with the vehicle 2 days after I bought it they threw that in my face and wouldn't do anything is when sold which I didn't know so when issues came up with the vehicle 2 days after I bought it they threw that in my face and wouldn't do anything about it. I have never experienced that at a dealer before, usually they have so many days for the customer. I would likely not buy from here again. More
