I was told I could pick up car outside of dealership for after-hours pickup, but when I arrived the doors were locked and my car had been left inside instead. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, includin after-hours pickup, but when I arrived the doors were locked and my car had been left inside instead. Always treated well at Handy's- Hard to find places that treat female customers the same as male. I have never left feeling taken advantage of or disrespected.
