Never once did I feel uncomfortable during the sale, viewing the vehicle, and he answered all my questions about the vehicle. Also connected the Bluetooth for me. I was leary of going to another car dealership after I had a Horrible Experience at Toyota in Attleboro, Ma. With that in mind I wasn't looking forward to this whole car buying thing! That all changed as soon as I shook hands with Miguel Nebot! Miguel had a wonderful way about him and he had immediately changed my mind about coming to Herb Chambers! Miguel guided me right through the process of my purchase and he, was above all kind, knowledgeable, and treated me with the Dignity we all deserve to be treated with! I didn't feel the absurd Pressure, or the intense scrutiny from Miguel as I did from the Salesman at the Toyota Dealership! That company should be ashamed of themselves and they way they treated me! Herb Chambers was the last dealership I had researched that morning and it was the only dealership I had to go to! I bought my 2014 Pre-Certified Honda Civic LE with only 30,000 miles and I have Never regretted my decision ONE BIT! terrific salesman (homero lima); great car; lousy process I contacted the dealership on saturday, 12/30/17 about several cars that i'd seen advertised on the internet. the internet manager sent me a current l I contacted the dealership on saturday, 12/30/17 about several cars that i'd seen advertised on the internet. the internet manager sent me a current list, of which i picked 4, and emailed the list back. i made an appointment for sunday 12/31. when i arrived, the person i'd talked to was unavailable and handed me over to homero. he'd not been given the list that i'd emailed to the original salesperson and had to start from scratch.. he found the first-choice car, we did the test drive [perfect], and the price was excellent. the entire deal was done in 20 minutes. homero was terrific, and he understood exactly where i was coming from. i wrote a check for the entire amount. he explained to me exactly what was happening. however, the process of completing the paperwork ON A CASH DEAL required an additional, agonizing 2-1/2 hours longer. there was no issue of financing or trade-in or anything else. it was simply standard paper. homero had to follow all the steps, shuffling paper to various other people, and he had to keep coming back to me. this process should have been done in no more than 30 minutes. it's the dealership procedure that's at fault here. the people who delivered the car on wednesday were also excellent. i don't remember their names. pb1150 More

I bought a car two years ago from them, and decided recently I wanted to upgrade. I spent a lot of time doing research, and more importantly, test driving cars and working with dealerships to see what sort of deals could be arranged. To put it simply, none of them could hold a candle to Herb Chambers in Seekonk. Between the comically bad high-pressure pitches and atrocious trade-in values I was offered for the car at other places, I walked back in to Herb Chambers feeling somewhat burnt out on the process. Not only did Herb Chambers offer me the best trade in value of any other dealer, working with Tim was a genuinely pleasant experience. I consider myself a highly-informed consumer, and the level of transparency brought to the whole process by Tim and finally Bill Panaccione in finance made what is typically a stressful situation into a pleasant wait while I secretly congratulated myself for getting a great deal. Bill also patiently went over the final sales agreement with me, taking time to explain each line item and also answering my plethora of questions with straightforward answers that made me feel confident in the purchase. Bought our last 2 brand new vehicles there in 2007 and 2009 and had a great experience so thought it w Used to be a big fan of Herb Chambers Seekonk. Bought our last 2 brand new vehicles there in 2007 and 2009 and had a great experience so thought it would be good to get our third brand new car there as well. BAD MISTAKE. We had a bad bait and switch experience this last week.. We went in and wanted a silver 2017 Pilot and was told they have it and would be ready the next day. (we had told the salesman why specifically wanted the silver color, or alternatively white (will get to that in a moment). We put $500 down to seal the deal and planned on coming back the next day to finalize the paperwork and get the car. The next day we were called by sales guy and told, "Sorry, we accidentally sold that car, but we have a dark grey one here we can get you". (very unprofessional when we put 500 down to secure the car and they sell it out from you) Now here's the other problem, our last purchase of 2009 Honda Civic was a dark blue and was the year when Honda had "paint" issues which we were affected by. Had started to get sun blotches and peeling paint after 6 years. So we were super leery of buying another car with a darker color since we wanted to avoid getting blotches. The salesman offered to give us the Simonx car paint protection treatment/warranty free of charge to make up for the fact that they sold the car in which we put money down on, and also due to the dark color so we wouldn't worry about getting blotches later on. We agreed that would work and he would get the dark grey Pilot in 2 days. 2 days came and said there was a delay. Was told it would be a few more days and the the car would arrive and then they would apply the car paint protection.. Finally a week after had put that $500 down, the car finally "arrived" and was time to seal the deal. I went to the dealership and started filling out paperwork. Was being sold the "extra"s when they came to the Simonx prectection. I told the guy(different guy sells the "Extras") that the simonex was included. He said, it wasn't. He got the sales manager and to our horror, it was not included. I was told multiple times by phone and then in person (sales guy) that it was included and now a at crunch time, was no longer included. The only thing positive I can say is they offered to give my 500 back. Yippie. Now have the joy of finding an "honest" car dealorship. Stay away, stay far away, your time is too valuable More

He was genuine, warm, and was clear and accurate when he showed me the features of my 2017 CRV. As the deal progressed he kindly answered all my questions honestly and explained every piece of paper set in front of me with clarity - he was never condescending and never tried to hide fine print or important details from me. He made me a very fair offer on the new sale price and then made me a fair offer on my trade in saving me hours of stressful back and forth. It felt like we were working for the same goal. I am beyond thankful for my experience at this dealership and so glad that I got to work with Danny and feel good about my experience. I feel nothing but joy when I drive my new car. At my job I help coach a sales team myself and Danny really did great work, top customer service I would be proud to see from my own team. Laura Lamarre was the first contact I had at the dealership and she set me up to work with Danny. Her authentic correspondence was what brought me in in the first place. Seeing the variety of people working and shopping at the dealership sent me a great message of inclusion. It was nice to not feel like everyone working there was one type of person leading to a group think culture. It was also nice to see parts of myself reflected in the staff showing that I am welcome there. More
