Always great service Arrived on a Saturday morning for an oil change and state inspection. I did not make an appointment and was advised the wait may be 2 hours. The service area and waiting area were neat and clean with distancing set up for payment and hand sanitizer available for customers throughout. All the customers and employees had masks on. I was pleasantly surprised to have the service complete within an hour. Great service in all my interactions with this location. More

They did a good job on my service (oil change and tire rotation) getting everything done smoothly (including checking on a recall notice that I had forgotten about). Everything went ok. Arrived, waited a few minutes for the service agent as he was on the phone. They took the car in and finished earlier that expected. I was happy to see everyone working was wearing a ma service agent as he was on the phone. They took the car in and finished earlier that expected. I was happy to see everyone working was wearing a mask, but we were asked to go into the service agents office and we could not social distance in that tiny space. We could have answered his question from the doorway. I was not happy about that! We have another appointment this week and I will not be going into the small office . A mask is only one way to protect us from this virus. The only way this virus is going to be controlled is by everyone wearing masks, socially distancing (more than 6 feet apart), and washing your hands. I did not see any hand sanitizer near the door. Since we have to touch the door to push it open, I would have expected to have hand sanitizer available to me as your customer. Maybe I will see this the next time my car is serviced. More
