Gavin Fano, the service writer was very helpful and explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. He quickly found me a rental car and I was in it within 20 minutes of dropping my vehicl explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. Although they had to take apart the dashboard and headliner to replace the radio parts, the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. Once again, I want to stress how important it was that Gavin kept me updated almost on a daily basis! Excellent five star rating for this service at Klaben Ford! More

I couldn’t believe that they came to my house and did my oil change and tire rotation. Dylan notified me when he was on his way. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I was able to get work done at the hou oil change and tire rotation. Dylan notified me when he was on his way. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I was able to get work done at the house without interruption. As a matter of fact, he was so quiet I would have forgot he was there if not for my dogs occasional barking. The work was completed in about 1 hrs time and I received a report on the trucks inspection. Loved the home service! More
