Kim has always been available to answer my questions. Most recently my check engine light came on when I was near Cleveland. I called & spoke with Kim & after answering questions she advised the car be Most recently my check engine light came on when I was near Cleveland. I called & spoke with Kim & after answering questions she advised the car be towed to Klaben. Kim kept me advised of the issues involving the engine. I really appreciated Tim the Service Department Manager contacting Ford when I was told I needed to replace the engine because of a cracked valve. Since the car had near 100k miles on it I was surprised when told I needed a new engine. Kim continued to keep me apprised of the situation. When I picked up the car she thoroughly explained the costs involved & what Ford & Klaben assisted in the cost of the repair. I’m looking forward to continuing working with Klaben & especially with Kim Wolfram. More

Kristin's customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately I am not as pleased with the overall service I received from the Klaben body shop. Original estimate to repair hail damage was one to Unfortunately I am not as pleased with the overall service I received from the Klaben body shop. Original estimate to repair hail damage was one to two days. After additional paint damage caused while removing the dents the total time was almost two weeks and two visits to the body shop with the possibility of the need to make a third return to correct paint issues. It's a good thing we pay for rental car insurance for repairs or this would have cost us hundreds of dollars in rental car needs. More
