I ran into the unfortunate situation where my old car was suddenly unable to be safely driven and I needed a new one. I had gone to Klaben Ford for years to service my old car so I started there to look for suddenly unable to be safely driven and I needed a new one. I had gone to Klaben Ford for years to service my old car so I started there to look for a new car. Everyone in the sales department was so kind and knowledgeable. I worked with David Mitchell who was very understanding of my situation and walked me through several options with financing a certified pre-owned vehicle. He was never pushy and didn't try to take advantage of my bad situation. I ended up buying a car that day and am so happy with my decision. You are in good hands at Klaben and I'll be a customer for life! More

Every time i visit their service department I have an excellent experience. All of the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. I generally try to work with Mona Crooks. She is outstanding. I had one of my vehicles in a while back and it needed several things done.
