Great price, Great experience I drove over 45 minutes to view a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium at Klaben Ford. The car was in excellent condition and the salesman, Tim Sterling, is an awesome, informative, friendly and non-pressure salesman. After test driving the car, I was very much interested in the car. Once Tim informed of the benefits of the Ford CPO program and the 2.9% financing, I was sold. Although the car had been priced higher, I was able to purchase the vehicle at a price (4th reduction in price) that I felt was a very good deal for the features and additional technology packages included in the vehicle. The price was so good, I didn't feel the need to negotiate the final asking price. Tim showed me the additional services, repairs and new items placed on the car to meet Ford's strict CPO program guidelines, a $1,600 value if I were to have had the work done. Tim followed up with a text a week later to ensure all was well and to see if I had any questions. I have saved that text and I am fairly confident if I texted him a question, he would kind enough to respond. Kristine Klaben handled the finance paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. All total, I think it took me 2.5 hours to drive away with my new looking 2017 used car. I would definitely buy another car at Klaben Ford and when I buy my next car, I will definitely look at their inventory first. More

So thorough and thoughtful! My husband had purchased our Lincoln there,so when my Ford dealer's service department slipped in quality 3 visits.l in a row, I switched to Klaben. My car was in for an oil/lube/filter and was so close to the 90k guideline we added some coolant fluid work, standard for that mile marker. During the pre-inspection they also discovered I basically had zero brake pads on the rear and 1mm left on the front. My car had been in for work at my old dealer in Sept. It was now early December, and they clearly never even examined the brakes, as they were supposed to. My new service advisor at Klaben, offered a complimentary car wash. I joked I'd rather have the interior detailed. They did it. For free. Great work and fair prices. I drive for a living so my car is my lifeline. Klaben, you now have a customer life. Thank you. More
