Dash lights I spoke to Kim when I made the appointment. When I arrived, Kim met me in the service area and we went over the reason for my appointment. Kim led me to the waiting area and went over the snacks and drinks available to me while I waited. She came back about halfway through my wait and informed me was going on and would be back later after the tech took the truck for a 10 mile drive. When Kim returned I followed her to the cashier counter and she explained that there was a fluke with the brake modem and hopefully it doesn’t happen again, if it did to call back. She detailed the conversation a bit more than I have but she was super nice and kept me well informed. More
