I was in disbelief when I was charged an hour of labor for an estimate on the windshield washer unit. What happened that Klaben found it necessary to start gouging customers when providing an estimate? UPDATE****Happy to say a Klaben representative reached out to me and graciously offered to make things right and I truly appreciated that.
