Over a three month period I attempted to purchase the same MKX thru three other dealerships but had no satisfactory results and felt that I was being taken advantage of. Although Klaben is some distance away, I decided to email them and see if they were interested in dealing on a specific MKX. Doug Carter was the sales person that responded. I met Doug for the first time two days later when I picked up my new MKX. More than once I expressed to Doug how much I appreciated the treatment by him and Klaben. More

My car has only 36000 miles and the lug nuts are failing? My husband has a Mustang and we didn't know it had no spare tire! Too many bean counters at Ford now. I highly dought if my next car will be a Ford. Sorry Klaben, you are an excellent dealership but Ford is getting to be disappointing. More
Expedited Schedule for Warranty Work My new Fusion Platinum experienced issues with the power windows not closing with One Touch. They were bouncing back down to 3/4 open. The service department was booked heavily for the next several days but they squeezed me in to get a timely resolution before the weekend. The reprogramming of the windows has been effective thus far, a week after the service work. I appreciate that the Klaben service department prioritized this work and were able to schedule it promptly. Mona asked me if I also wanted a complimentary car wash with the service and reviewed the Vehicle Report Card with me before I departed. More
