Our salesman, Nate Bryant, was quick to get my Ranger into his shop at Klaben to fix and replace the belts and battery that needed replaced and in the meantime was able to find and locate the Fusion that my wife wanted, Nate made everything quick and easy from getting the car for us to helping with my truck so there was very little time wasted. We have never owned a Ford sedan before but the reviews were so encouraging that we took the chance, Everything from getting the exact car we were looking for at the price we were comfortable with and a really professional, knowledgable, and congenial salesman -I would recommend this dealership and Nate Bryant to any of my family and friends. Yes, I have leased with them for many years, but the buying experience was so far beyond what anyone else was willing to offer that I could not pass it up. Jeff and Jennifer bent over backwards to make the experience painless. Over and above that, once we were done with paperwork Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every device and system on the car. When I had difficulty getting the HomeLink to sync with our garage door opener he even offer to come to my home to assist. Jennifer was pleasant and courteous and explained each detail along the way. She was a pleasure to do business with. More
