So the reason my wife leases Lincoln’s is for the “Lincoln” experience. Here is our last experience. On Monday I had our Lincoln’s oil changed. First thing we drive from Abilene which is no biggie. There was NO Lincoln concierge, and when I ask where the Lincoln lounge was JD told me there was t one any longer. So my Lincoln experience was getting to sit in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours while my Lincoln was serviced and washed. I might sound like a jerk but if your gonna advertise something then stand behind it. My wife and I have spent over 300,000.00 bucks at Long Mac over the past few years and normally we have good luck but as of lately I feel like things are headed down hill. I’m just stating facts here. Just curious why things seem to be slipping. I would definitely appreciate someone from the dealership getting back with me but that probably will not happen. More
