In the hour and half that we were there, they only showed us 3 vehicles that fit our requirements and I had to ask to be shown those. I had to go on their website to show them that they actually had more an us 3 vehicles that fit our requirements and I had to ask to be shown those. We was in the process of looking for a used car. I called Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check and get back with you. Within 15 minutes he called back and it is here. I told him in there in about a hour since I live about 50 miles away. When I arrived he was waiting and the car was ready for a test drive. We took for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. We started the finance paperwork and the process went very smooth. Within a couple of hours we was on are way home with a Ford Escape. Jeff called a week latter and said he had new tires for the vehicle when can you bring it. I mention we had to get the car exterior and interior sealed protected. He set up all the appointments and loaner vehicle for us. And the service went smooth. Long McArthur and Jeff Hamilton has high standards in taking care of there customers. From one Vet to another, Thank You. More

I was looking for a Mustang and they have plenty of them in stock from the Ecoboost to GT;s, Roush's, Shelby's and even GT's modified with Roush superchargers. Could not have asked for a better experience buying our new vehicle. Mike Mull listened to what we needed and made it happen in a timely fashion, was quick to respond to any questions. Alex from finance knew what he was doing and went over all of the charges so we didn't feel blindsided by anything.
