Your employees are very friendly and professional, but there was a time when they would summarize the visit and the health of my vehicle and they no longer do that. Bad communication. Was told I would need a mold kit and that they would keep my vehicle overnight for it. Then was told to come get my vehicle the next day the part wou Was told I would need a mold kit and that they would keep my vehicle overnight for it. Then was told to come get my vehicle the next day the part would take a while and I needed to pay half of it now and then the rest later. 3 weeks later no response as to the part. And I feel like this is the same story I got another time. Why would I be charged for a part and then have to schedule another appointment for the part to be installed and pay another service fee for that part and inconvenience me more.
